Just stayed in the campground in an RV and was very impressed by the friendly and helpful service. Beautiful place, very quiet and clean.Great location for visiting Cooperstown and not far from Herkimer which is a fun place to go mine for diamonds. Our only complaint was the lack of cable tv service. It was bad enough that our phones... More

My husband, 3 kids (7 y/oand 2 y/o twins) just returned from a week at Shadow Brook and have nothing but great things to say about the campground! Frank and Cathy, the owners, are very attentive and hospitable. We were impressed by how hands-on they are and both were continuously working while we were there. The campground was quieter during... The stay it self was ok, a very clean average campground with a small playground and pool. Did some fishing in the pond which was right next to our sites. There is also an office/store which has anything you would ever need or forgot while camping, lol. My only and huge gripe about the place was the way we treated.... More

My family (myself, wife, and two teenage boys) stayed at Shadow Brook in August of 2012 (please ignore the TripAdvisor listing - there was no option for August of 2012) to watch one of my sons play in the Cooperstown Dreams Park Tournament. We stayed in Cabin 78A. As described in the Shadow Brook Campground website, our cabin did indeed... More

We just arrived home from our 5th trip to Shadow Brook. This was our first trip during Induction Weekend. We had made the reservation last year and had no problem extending our stay when we decided to stay longer. We camped in a tent in 41A which is super secluded. Frank and Cathy couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We... More

We came to Cooperstown to watch our grandson play baseball and were delighted to find a very comfortable and friendly place to stay even after the ballgames were over. The campground is woodsy with gravel roads which are great for bike riding and walking. The owners were always friendly and helpful. They answered many inquiries for information and services in... We stayed in a fifth-wheel. The park is eclectic and very friendly. We were there as they were gearing down from the summer, but they were very attentive to our needs. One need was to receive and fax some important papers. We were guided to the owners bank as they didn't have that service and tell the bank that we... More

clean, quiet, lots of trees and a great staff. This was one of the best RV parks we have been in on our 4 months on the road. A plus was the area around the Park had good cycling roads. Would definitely come back

My boys and I spent one night here and will definitely be bringing my wife with us for a longer stay next time! We stumbled upon Shadow Brook, after a long days drive and were lucky we did. The staff totally welcomed us, saw us to our site, and gave us a personal tour. The boys spent the first hour... More

This was our 28th annual stay at Shadow Brook Campground, and we had an outstanding experience. The office staff was efficient and polite, and we spent very little time getting registered. Frank escorted us to our site and helped get our trailer situated. This campground is attractively landscaped, has a great pool and a playground for the kids, and is... More
