Booked a beach side deluxe room for my family, we arrive as early as 9:00 AM and was accommodated, everything was prepared for us, all of the staff are very polite and helpful, and the facilities were great. I do not know why other people complain about the resort, but here is my take: This is the only resort in... More

i loved kayaking.

Cheap hotel with an overpriced rate. Not recommended for everyone to spend their leisure time. People who are trying to have some fun in this area should avoid this water park hotel. You can find a far better hotel in this area with a more reasonable rate.

Overpriced. We paid almost P9k for a basic room with 2 beds and 2 extra mattresses. This includes 2 adults and 3 kids age 3 to 10. Their charge for an extra kid age 3 to 7 is P1000 and P1800 for 8 to 12 years old. Really outrageous price. So I have to pay P1800 for my 10 year... More

The staff are very courteous and always smiling. I give them a high grade for that! BUT The food is not delicious. First, we ordered Bulalo but the soup wasnt Bulalo, it was onion soup!  The breakfast was not worth the price either. Disappointing. Then the room I was sent to to was not the room I paid for!  So... Rooms not well kept. Dimly lit and dusty room and corridors. Slow restaurant service. Over priced rooms and meals. High rates are not commensurate with the facilities and experience. Read some reviews and was cautious of customer service/guest relations. Good thing we were accommodated by the staff well during our visit.

I will not recommend this hotel. Thankfully, it was our office that paid for our overnight stay for our office planning. I will not waste a dime from my own pocket to visit this a-little-bit-better-than-a-cow-barn.The deluxe rooms are P6,800 a night but automatic room locks are not working, the room smells, the food sucks and staff are as cheerful as... We spent the last weekend of November here. But, prior to that, as we wanted to know how much we would pay for, we inquired over the phone. I had the chance to talk to someone from the hotel itself. I asked her information, including the rate for the cottage. I was surprised that their smallest cottage could accommodate 9... More

The price was $200 a night for a couple, and I was expecting 5 star accommodation for that price but found the room very ordinary to say the least. The bathroom tiles had black mold on the grouting and the bed had not been changed and found small bits of stuff in between the sheets. I immediately asked for a... More

Thank you for your comments. Regarding cold showers, we have completed changing our old solar panels and ensure hot water flows faster now. Regarding cold food, it is not our policy to serve cold food that is supposed to be served hot. Regret this but we will monitor this more closely. Again, thank you and we are looking forward to... Okay for just once just to explore and check but nothing spectacular except for the different pools and other amenities. A bit pricey for the rate though with a not so commendable service. A bit far from SBMA though the area is big and they do have golf karts to roam around
