This review is from our last stay about a year ago in Nov. 2012. I delayed writing this review since I was too upset to write a fair review. We booked a dinner at the Parrot House for my boyfriend's special Birthday and over night stay at The Marchese Suite room. Both are located under the same Victorian house. At... More

We stayed at the Plumbush Inn for one night as a last minute getaway from the city. All the staff -- albeit sparse and scarce -- were friendly and helpful when we actually saw them. The woman, who I suppose is one of the owners, welcomed us in with water as we were overheated from the midday walk in the... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Plumbush Inn during a bike trip from NYC to Albany. Overall our stay was very pleasant; the Inn's service is good, the grounds are breathtaking, and the rooms are comfortable and pretty. I didn't use the shower, but my boyfriend said that it was literally the BEST shower he had ever taken in... More

I had the good fortune of calling The Plum Bush Inn right after they had a cancellation. I used to live in Cold Spring and was in town for a quick visit. I hadn't taken into consideration that it was Mother's Day weekend, so most of the lodging in town was booked. Every inch of this property is a feast... More

We had my daughters wedding there four years ago...and it was awesome.....despite monsoon rains. My wife and I returned many times the years following. Our most recent anniversary "special dinner" was outstanding. The food was 5 star... and the wine....just fantastic. Service was excellent,,,,the setting...just soooo nice. Highly recommend!!!

The Plumbush holds a special place in my families heart; as my wife and I were married there a few years ago (an awesome place for such a special occasion, also). Returning there is always a thrill, as we now go with our little princess -daughter-. I HIGHLY recommend the Plumbush. Reading here on tripadvisor, some of the other reviews,... More

The Plumbush Inn occupies a charming, rambling Victorian house (next to a large cemetery) on the outskirts of the village of Cold Spring. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean, and the house and grounds were very pleasant. Our room got plenty of light, and looked out over a leafy lawn. Very relaxing. Service was, to be honest, minimal:... More

We stayed at the Plumbush Hotel because it is close to the Shakespeare Festival at Boscobel and we did not eat at the Inn. However we note most of the reviews citing friendly staff to be from a few years ago. We saw only one staff member at check in which was accomplished in a business like manner in a... More

My daughter and I were fortunate enough to get a room at Plumbush on our way back to the city one evening from the Dia Center. The room was charming - simple, pretty and very comfy - and dinner on the veranda was superb. Breakfast was already in our room all prepared for the morning so that we could get... More

The Plumbush Inn is meant to be a different, special dining experience. It is intimate, inn, dining, where you have many smaller rooms that you can sit in, a beautiful bar that was shipped over from France, fireplaces and a cozy atmosphere. The chef/owner is very special, his attention to detail along with his experience and skill to execute leaves... More
