This was our first experience at a Bed and Breakfast and it was absolutely wonderful. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and very, very clean. The private attached bathroom was very clean and beautiful. The owners, Dave and Ellen, are friendly and very accommodating. Our breakfast was delicious!

Located on the outskirts of Hamilton's campus, the Arbor Inn is on a quiet road adjacent to a farm. The house is beautiful, roomy, and very nicely appointed. We stayed in a suite in an addition to the house, which was clean and comfortable. The hosts couldn't be friendlier. The food was great - breakfast was eggs and fresh fruit... More

We stayed at the Arbor Inn so I could attend my High School reunion in Utica. From the moment that Dave greeted us to our final goodbye to Ellen and Dave, our stay was most enjoyable. The Inn is absolutely beautiful; our room very comfortable. We sat on the patio for breakfast, prepared by Ellen... Wonderful and delicious! They made... More

Ellen and Dave were the perfect hosts. We stayed three nights on a very busy NY weekend and had a wonderful time. We had the Berkshire Suite, which was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast on the porch was pleasant, and the grounds were serene. We loved the location, just a short drive northwest from the village cent of Clinton, and... More

We needed a place to stay on our way to cape cod. The inn was so lovely that we wanted to stay longer. Since we were on our way to a wedding we were unable to do so, but we will definitely return. The flower gardens were stunning. The food was delicious, the room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable.... More

The specialized experience of staying with Ellen and Dave never quit from the pleasant phone reservation with Ellen along the drive in through Dave's personalized ice bucket to chill our wine upon arrival. For college grads wanting a peak at the old haunts or newer parents a spot to recoup after a drop off, this spot can't be beat for... More

We do not usually do reviews, but this was a very special experience. We went to Clinton to visit family, and had never been to this little town. We were referred to Arbor Inn at Griffin House, and did not know what to expect. We were greeted by Ellen, who was lovely and gracious. She quickly set us up in... More

Comfortable accommodations just about a half mile off the Hamilton campus. Coffee maker is there just outside the room. Breakfast is in the dining room or in the breakfast area by the kitchen. We enjoy talking with Ellen and Dave during breakfast, and they could not be more accomodating. We feel so at home here we had to remember that... More

One of the places that is managed by Arbor Inn is at 12 William Street right in the Village. The place is perfectly done, not old fashioned but rather just tastefully done. It isn't part of a house but rather sort of like an apartment with its own front door - cool. The amenities and service were just great. And... More

Our family has stayed in the Williams Street apartments twice while our daughter was visiting Hamilton. The two units are really well situated right in the town of Clinton. Each visit, after the drive from the New York City area, we always look forward to checking in the room and the walking to Nola's for dinner. In the morning, my... More
