This farm house was the original house the innkeeper (Theresa) grew up in. Her and her siblings kept it in the family and remodeled it into a B&B. Warm and charming place to stay. Theresa is great and so is her husband. Wonderful home cooked breakfast every morning was a delight and delicious. My family living close by in Rome... More

My family had a small gathering to research ancestors in the Utica area. Two of us cousins decided to stay at the Milkhouse B & B and we were absolutely delighted with the accommodations. We had the place to ourselves and the innkeeper, Theresa, thought of everything that could possibly make us comfortable at her inn. The beds are comfortable,... More

This was our second time staying in this charming remodeled farm house. My wife and sister came for our son's graduation at Colgate, took two rooms for 3 nights and had the house to ourselves. The place is clean and quiet, and beds are comfortable. Teresa is friendly and cooks a great breakfast whenever you want. She was raised in... More

We had a lovely stay at the inn when we visited our daughter at Colgate University. The hostess was extremely friendly and hospitable. She prepared a delicious breakfast which included eggs, fruit salad and fresh raspberry pancakes. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet.

We stayed here on our trip from central PA to visit my family in Rome, NY. We had the downstairs bedroom with private bath. The kitchen was well stocked and a nice assortment of coffee and tea for the Keurig. Theresa made an awesome breakfast, fruit salad, pancakes and eggs. Blackberries and raspberries from their own vines were divine. Thanks... More

The McFaddens are wonderful hosts as we have stayed with them at the Milkhouse on numerous occasions for events at Hamilton College over the past 4 years. The one time they were unable to have us, they arranged our stay at another local B&B that was equally excellent. Both are great cooks and serve wonderful breakfast fare. This trip we... More

I just finished staying at this lovely little house for a week. It was wonderful and I cannot say enough good things. The little house is very warm and inviting with many lovely antiques. There are three lovely porches, one of which is screened in with wicker furniture. There are places to sit in the large shady lawn as well... More

Just finished up a truly wonderful stay at the Milk House while visiting my daughter at Hamilton college for Family Weekend! Theresa was so welcoming and the house truly felt like a home away from home. The threat of rain persisted throughout the weekend; Theresa offered me he umbrella when I first arrived and then made one available throughout the... More

My wife and I stayed at the Bed and Breakfast while we were in town to visit our Daughter at Hamilton College. We very happy to be close to the college. Theresa was a wonderful innkeeper. Her homemade muffins and omelette were great. Very nice to let our daughter come and eat breakfast with us at no extra charge. Bed... More
