The room was clean..beds were nice..BUT,,no refrigerator.. ..small old toilet....no exhaust in bath....old TV...cheap toilet paper..no safe for valuables..just not up to par with other Holiday Inn Express..will not stay here again..too many other better choices more

my wife and I have just spent 2 nights here...could not have been happier...easy check in...great room and bathroom..everybody could not have been more pleasant...good breakfast and helpful people in breakfast room (could have done without childrens TV!)..we could not have been more satisfied..on our nerxt trip to saratoga we will certainly stay here again more

We needed to attend a party in Lake George (40' north) and was looking for a quality chain hotel which you won't get at the lake (mostly mom and pops). Location was close to the highway, plenty of food options in the area and the breakfast bar was well done. Value-added breakfasts make Holiday Inn Express hotels preferred stops. more

When I checked in I was shocked to learn that a $100.00 deposit was required for cash paying guests. A $50.00 deposit sounds more acceptable. That was to secure that you wouldn't smoke or bring a pet in the room. So if you plan on paying with cash, bring extra so you can actually shop. Other than that the service... more
