We visited the Asa Ransom House recently for dinner. It was a Saturday night on which they offer a 4-course price fix menu. At first we were a bit concerned about 4 courses being too much food, but the courses were very well planned as to amount of food. The prices vary by main course selection. All courses were excellent,... More

We spent a night this week at the Asa Ransom House; outside, it was the coldest night of the year, but inside it was warm and wonderful. We were greeted with a platter of fruit and cheese, and unwound in a lovely room (#4). Music was already playing when we arrived, and we turned on the fireplace for a totally... More

The entire staff appreciated your review, inspiring them to continue giving their best. The gluten free menu has been very popular, and now we are creating a vegan menu. This winter the guest room fireplaces are especially popular, including the tables in the dining room by the wood burning fireplace. Guest like yourself often compliment us on the soft relaxing... Had occasion to spend a three-day weekend in snowy February. The warmth of the owner and staff totally overcame the cold outside! The inn is richly appointed with elegant décor, yet not stuffy--very comfortable. My room had a lovely plate of fruit, cheese and crackers, with soft music enhancing the evening. The fireplace was a welcome addition! Plenty of bath... More

This B & B was is a historic home in Clarence, NY. It is easy to find and parking is ample. Our room was the Pine Grove room which has twin beds. I documented a wedding at this venue a few weekends ago. The room the bride was getting ready in was beautiful and lead right out onto the back porch where she and her future husband were able to see each other before walking down the aisle.
