We stayed here for one night while waiting to catch a morning flight from the Buffalo airport. This hotel was dingy and quite run down. Though the staff were friendly, the hotel was terrible - so bad that we checked in AND out in the same hour. We went shopping at the Walden Galleria and booked at the Best Western. Its about 15 mins away and very easy to get to. The receptionist was very nice! He brought us a toothbrush and a mini-fridge up to our room personally! Rooms are clean, tv is good, beds are comfy! An all around good stay for a basic hotel.... more

Pretty basic for a Best Western. At check in I saw a sign indicating they were having a problem with hot water in the hotel, something that was never mentioned to my travel agent who booked the room. This is a nice hotel located near the airport in Buffalo. Its easily accessable from the highways which take you anywhere you want to go in the area. The staff was very helpful especially Ashley who made great cookies and put them out daily. They have a pretty good continental breakfast and have fresh fruit out for guests all day... more

This was our fifth time staying here before a trip. The place is very clean, the breakfast starts earlier every time we are here - now at 4am! And the shuttle runs 24 hours a day. The Buffalo Airport Best Western is the perfect place to stay if you need an airport hotel and/or have an early flight out. The shuttle is available 24 hrs a day and the breakfast (available very early!) is good (with boiled eggs and fruit as well as cereal and waffles and toast, etc).
