The staff were helpful and professional, Rebecca was especially so. My room was pleasant and clean. The bed comfortable. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The shuttle picked me up within 10 minutes of ringing them from the Information Stand at the airport. There was internet access. more

We stayed here for one night while waiting to catch a morning flight from the Buffalo airport. This hotel was dingy and quite run down. We went shopping at the Walden Galleria and booked at the Best Western. Its about 15 mins away and very easy to get to. The receptionist was very nice! He brought us a toothbrush and a mini-fridge up to our room personally! Rooms are clean, tv is good, beds are comfy! An all around good stay for a basic hotel.... more
