This older, well-maintained Inn nestled in Letchworth State Park is popular for locals and tourists alike! The charm of the comfortable antique-filled sleeping rooms and the ambiance of the restaurant make this historical Inn a lovely place for a meal or an overnight get-away. The staff is friendly and attentive, and will go to great lengths to make your stay... More

The Glen Iris Inn is a bed and breakfast located inside the old home of William Letchworth. The grounds are beautiful. My family has been staying at Letchworth for many years. A family meal at the Glen Iris Inn is one of our favorite traditions. The restaurant overlooks the Middle Falls of Letchworth! The Inn is a great place to... More

My husband and I celebrated a recent wedding anniversary by staying at the Glen Iris Inn at Letchworth State Park outside the town of Mt. Morris, NY. Although the inn is showing a bit of wear and tear, we always enjoy staying there. Owned by Buffalo, NY business tycoon William Pryor Letchworth, the original house was built in 1828, and... More

My husband and I tried to stay at the Glen Iris Inn; however, it was booked up. So, we had to settle for staying close by and then eating breakfast at the Inn the next morning. The breakfast was wonderful. The Glen Iris Inn is a beautiful and very well maintained Inn in Letchworth State Park. The dining room is... More

We try to get here once a year for a nice dinner but this year we brought customers. Great charm here and with the view of the falls it's a memorable evening. Dinner menu had many choice ( even for the vegetarian) .I went with the Filet and it was excellent.

It bothers me that no one ever responds to the Glen Iris Inn reviews - I guess they know people will visit regardless. But on the chance a representative of the Glen Iris Inn ever reads this… Dear Owner of the Glen Iris Inn, PLEASE update the Pinewood Lodge. It is now 2015, not 1995. Your guests are worldly, well-traveled,... More

Stayed in this hotel whilst visiting family in NY state. It was full of charm and took you back years. There were very few mode cons but that was what made it great. There was one upto the minute element and that was the resterant which was one of the best dinning experience's we have had in along time. Food... More

This is a beautiful spot. We enjoyed our stay in a motel-style room in the Pinewood Lodge, a short walk up the hill from the main inn building. It was a nice clean room with some knotty pine paneling and trees outside the windows. If you're looking for a quiet place, be aware that Letchworth State Park is a popular... More

We visited Letchworth State Park last week-end to take in the spectacular Fall foliage. While there we enjoyed lunch at the historic Glen Iris Inn. The Inn itself dates from the late 19th century and has been lovingly restored and maintained. The dining room is quite large and beautifully appointed. Because of its size it tends to be a noisy... After our hike, we stopped at the Inn for a bite. We were disappointed about the menu (just cold 3-4 overpriced sandwiches). The server was in a hurry as they were changing to dinner time. The experience was not pleasant at all, on all terms: quality of food, value and service. You are better off carrying snacks in the park... More
