My car broke down in Canastota while driving from Albany to Cortland for my brothers 21st birthday. My fiance and I had to get a hotel since my car would not be ready until the next day. Graziano's was right down the street so we decided to stay there. The room was really clean and comfortable. I was really upset... More

I was visiting family in the area, and going to the Madison-Bouckville Antique Show when I stayed at Grazis. It was recommended by my brother. I had read a review that panned the decor, but go in thinking retro motel and you won't be disappointed. The rooms are clean, not fancy, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are outstanding.... I first came across this unique gem 6 months ago on a business trip to the Canastota, NY area. I bypassed more well known Hotel chains for a chance to experience the charm and history that abounds at Graziano's. The Inn is somewhat quaint and to some might seem a bit outdated. I found it interesting. The Inn is near... More

Driving cross country to move to New Hampshire my husband, myself and our 100 pound Pit bull (Yes, I said PitBull and he's better behaved than most small dogs and kids-lol!)came across the snowiest conditions (i guess in history). We happened here by chance and with so many stigmas we we're truly thankful to find some genuinely great people. The... More

The linens are old. the rooms are dated the breakfast are coffee juice and a pieces of fruit or little something. It is meant to get you started... More

Began staying at Graziano's a little over a year ago. Was a nice, quiet, and friendly little place. When I got my business license, I began staying there 2 to 3 weekends per month and was given a discount for being a loyal customer. That was great, don't get me wrong. Here is my dilemma with the place. There was... More

Worked in the Vernon area for six months and stayed at Graziano's. Couldn't have asked for nicer staff. Made me feel like I was part of their family. Room was clean, felt secure due to one entrance and staff on 24 hrs, quiet atmosphere and it was very reasonably priced. An added plus was the restaurant with great food. Plan... More

Stayed one night the first week of August, 2013. Reason: biking the Erie Canalway with 4 other couples. YES, it was convenient to the trail, but after seeing and smelling the room, we should have biked on. Old, worn, stale smoke or WHATEVER odor upon opening the door. The limited continental breakfast was an ancient roll /pastry in a plastic... More
