We stayed here for the weekend, and had a great time. The inn was fantastic....our room was spotless, the breakfast was amazing, great amenities (they have bottles of water, tea, coffee and cookies available), and wonderful hosts. The inn is also conveniently located within walking distance to town. Thanks Bill and Lynn for a wonderful time!

We spent 4 nights with our wonderful hosts, which means we had 4 fantastic breakfasts! Lynn & Bill are wonderful hosts, suggesting places to bike (they have a book of maps/routes & food stops); sites to see; delicious restaurants for dinner and so knowledgeable regarding the history of the town and area. We enjoyed our stay in Canandaigua, and truly... More

You can't find a better B&B than here. Lynn and Bill are great hosts and have tuned the house to perfection. The breakfast is delicious, and the historic site completes a visit to the area. Had a great time!

The Inn was fantastic. Our stay was enhanced by the knowledge of the innkeepers as to the history's of the Inn as well as that of the town and area. The breakfasts that were served were the best I have had in my 64 years on this earth. They suggested a four winery tour that was a great time. Our... More

The house is beautiful and lovingly restored. Bill and Lynne are gracious and knowledgeable hosts who made excellent suggestions on what to see in the area. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Oliver Phelps and plan on going back! Lynne and Bill are such gracious hosts. After Lynne showed us to our room, we ventured back downstairs. The house is lovely and they have done a wonderful job of decorating the place. Breakfast the following day was wonderful as usual with everything homemade and... More

Bill and Lynne were the most gracious, accommodating hosts we could have asked for. We stayed there for the first few days of our honeymoon last year, and we enjoyed our stayed tremendously. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Bill, who showed us around the house and our room. Lynne made fabulous breakfasts for us each morning, featuring gourmet dishes... More

We stayed in the Oliver Phelps suite which is their largest room and absolutely beautiful. The bed was so comfortable and we loved the shower. Lynne is an excellent chef and baker. We arrived to a very friendly Bill, nice cup of coffee and chocolate chip cookie. After dinner we came back to find 2 delicious cupcakes made just for... More
