We stayed here for a golf tournament at Bristol Harbour. Loved the golf course and area...hated the hotel. Upon arrival we enquired about the outdoor pool and asked if it was heated and was told it was. It was heated....by the sun!!! The room was smelly and the sheets were horrible. We had no choice but to stay here for a wedding. The price is very high for the room quality. Our rooms were not ready to check into upon arrival. Hotel buildings are very, very old as are the furniture, televisions, appliances and rugs. After reading other reviews, we checked in early so we could see the room and move if necessary. Many many maintenance and cleanliness issues. After bringing several concerns and issues to the managements attention, their remedy was to switch our rooms to what they termed as "Newer" when in fact they were older and a bit more run down. Management's resolve for complaints is non-existant. Econo Lodge is a giant step up from this motel. more
