Arrived early but the creepy girl at the desk said the room wasn't ready. Then when we came back later they put us in a basement room in a building with no other guests that looked like no one had stayed in for months. Dingy, dirty just an overall creepy experience. Think Bates.

Stayed there at the end of August. Thankfully, the heat wave had passed. No air. Called to complain, they sent a guy over who turned on the fan and left. No air. There are no phones, had to use cell phone to call front desk. Was charged weekend rates for weekday stay. No flat screen as stated on web site.... More

First of all, I booked a queen room online, for the 2 of us, when I arrived, I was given a 2 double bedroom, even though I called to confirm my booking! Do not depend on their website's booking info. This also means that instead of staying in the nice 1-story building beside the office, we were away in 3-story... More

This place is the pits!!. The blankets smelled of smoke (in a non smoking room), the A/C hardly worked although it did make alot of noise, the place was littered with dead bugs, old furniture, light bulbs blown out, needs a good painting, smells moldy and musty, water pressure was poor, pillows were either matted down or lumpy. Complaining to... More

The building we were in was undergoing some kind of construction to the exterior (which really needed it). We made our way up the stairs (treads were very narrow) to our room. I was a bit concerned about the strength of the door, but it did have a deadbolt. The room was a good size and had a fridge. The... More

Shower head trickled water. Fan in Bathroom only worked for about 10 Secs. Wireless only connected at 1mbs and I was in the middle of the property. Hard wired internet kept dropping after a couple of seconds to come back on immediately. Called for a Plunger and it took over 1 1/2 hours to get it to the room. The... More

I was really worried about staying here to meet up with family and see Steely Dan Concert at CMAC. A pleasant surprise for me! It is not new, or luxurious but it is comfortable and clean. The grounds are nice. The pool is outstanding with a really nice patio area to soak up sun and relax. There was a bit... More

I foolishly did not have a reservation for the last night of my business trip, as I was unsure of my itinerary. I had difficulty finding a hotel, and someone at The Hampton Inn said that there were rooms available at the Fingerlakes Inn. She called ahead and reserved a room for me and two additional travelers who were in... More

We booked our stay months in advance as we planned a trip to visit our daughter and family in the midwest. The information and pictures online looked nice and they even sent us a brochure and confirmation of stay in the mail and it seemed great----UNTIL we actually drove up and saw it. It looked old, creepy and run down... More

Although we're experienced travelers, we made the rookie mistake of booking here before reading the reviews. Dead bugs littered the room's (indoor) entryway. No hairdryer or clock, but plenty of electrical outlets and a fairly quiet air-conditioner. This non-smoking room's blankets had cigarette holes. The kicker: housekeeping didn't empty our trash on two consecutive days! The first time we took... More
