This hotel met my basic need. I was there to drop off my son at brockport college and I wanted a hotel close by. I truly got what I paid for $60.00. The room was very small and it had a odor that clearly let me know I didn't pay alot. I did not see rodients nor anything that made... more

Let me start by saying that this is not exactly a 5 stay hotel - you can't even see one from there. BUT!! I gave it a 5 to try to counteract the other scores because my experience was so completely opposite. I wasn't sure i would need an overnight stay this weekend in Brockport. I checked out TripAdvisor and... more

A dangerous narrow, steep stairway leads up to a tiny room in desperate need of updating. Like another reviewer stated the family lives in the lobby. On the weekends Mom and Dad "clean" the rooms, no fresh soap, no vacuum and shut off the air conditioning so you can return to a stifling hot room. Run away and don't look... more

The premises could use some work, painting, etc. The desk staff was courteous and the room appeared reasonably clean but very small. The biggest problem was when we were woken up at 2:30 AM at the sound of the people entering the room next to us. It sounded as if they were in our room, we could hear every word... more

Wow and Yikes. That was a pretty aweful hotel. From Check in to check out. Where to start: Dirty, smelly, OLD filthy, poor service. Set your low expectations and be prepared to not meet them. more

I see the last review for the Econo Lodge in Brockport was 1.5 yrs ago. Being unfamiliar with the area, I stayed here despite the horrible reviews. I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised upon check in. My room was small but clean. The bathroom looked well maintained & clean. The furniture was old but comfortable. I slept well.... more

I have been visiting this area every year in November for years now. I have never stayed in a place like ECONO LODGE. It is such a hole. Horrible servce. No maids, even after asking to clean your room they would not. Filth all over the place, very dingy. Their family lives in the lobby of the hotel. I would... more

We had reservations at the Econo Lodge in Brockport New York for june 10th 2006. We arrived in the early afternoon and registered in. As soon as we entered the room I said it smelled bad in here so we opened the window even though it was very cold and windy that day. I wanted to leave right away however... more

The hotel room had an overpowering musty oder. The shower curtain was black with mold. The tub was gray. There was paint was peeling in various spots in the room. My seven-year-old son kept his shoes on all night because his feet stuck to the carpet. Human fingernail clippings and other treasures were visible in the corners of the room.... more
