My rating is not about their current services or my experience. I came to know that this hotel is undergoing a management change which is taking charge starting 2008. I'm pretty sure the new privately owned management will bring Elite services that will focus on consumer front! more

Room was nice probably the best in the area. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Front desk staff polite but not really friendly. I would call the service perfunctory. more

The woman behind the counter wordlessly took our keys at check-out, asked if we wanted to keep the charges on our credit card, printed our receipt, handed it to us and said, "You're all set". I told her that not asking how our stay had been was a perfect example of the lack of customer service we had received from... more

We stayed here for a conference that was 5 days long. At first it was okay. We got a refridgerator in our room and internet access is really good. The first morning the maid service came in while we were there which was fine. The maid kept asking us questions about what we wanted done. This happened each day. To... more

I stayed at hotel for one night. Hotel was clean and much better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and offered recommendations for a place to eat. Room was big and clean. Will recommend for a one night stay! more

We found the hotel to be clean and fairly well cared-for. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were thick. The TV was fine, and we had no need for Internet service. The staff was competent. Our room was decorated in classic 1980s hues of powder and steel blue with subtle peach and mauve accents. There are huge blue flowers... more

Arrived at this Best Western after eight hour flight from Ireland and over two hours driving planned to stay there for one night on way to Niagara Falls with my family. Big mistake one of the reasons I chose this place was it's location between and New York and Niagara Falls and becase of its advertised two swimming pools (knew... more

I have stayed at the Best Western Regency several times and have always been pleased. This is probably the most consistently satisfactory hotel in theTriple Cities area. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The people at the Front Desk were very helpful and PLEASANT. When I was having trouble with my key-card someone from the Front Desk... more

I concur with the other reviews. First early check in was a problem....few guests, but no "clean rooms". After 90 minutes in the lobby, one was found. Worn dirty carpet greeted me and the ethernet connection didn't work. I final tracked it down to several unplugged wires, climbed behind the bed to power the modem (where I found several items... more

I was journeying back to New York from Niagara Falls and decided that Binghamton was a good place to break the journey. I wasn't expecting much and I wasn't disappointed. This has to be the worst Best Western I have stayed at. From the moment I walked through the door and was met with a very strong musty/carpet cleaner type... more
