Room are clean the but I didn't like that the room smell like cigarette. Hotel offer breakfast actually they only offer corn flake, breads and juice... no egg, sausage. .. cheap breakfast 👎. Customer service very nice.

Every aspect of our visit was negative. 1. Under construction 2. smoke smell in halls and room 3. sink wouldn't drain 4. bedding physically dirty (we felt itchy) 4. carpeting dirty I would not recommend this hotel unless you are in dire straights. I will never return here.

I understand this motel is being renovated but it will take a miracle to make this sows ear into a Red Roof quality inn. A breakfast with no coffee and no effort by anyone on the staff to rectify the situation or even really express a caring attitude about it is absurd. Attitude was, yeah, go make some coffee in... You get what u pay for. It wasn't a horrible place but certainly a sketchy one. People hanging around the halls and a large group out back in the dark around a beat up picnic table and swing set. No body bothers us but it was still weird. It was under remodel and we didn't get a remodeled room. I... More

A good value for the budget traveler. Our room had nice touches like a laminate floor and a flat screen TV. The decor was modest but so was the price. Very clean and convenient to shopping. Happy with our choice.

The staff & service were amazing, but the stains on the sheets & towels were disgusting! It was hard to find a spot that wasn't stained! My children were so repulsed I had to coax them into the beds. I would never stay there again.

I read the reviews and I thought it couldn't possibly be THAT bad with all of the smoke smell. I was horribly wrong. This place stank to high heaven of cigarette smoke. I booked a non-smoking room and it even reeked! I went out and bought some air freshener and that didn't even help. The wall paper was cracking and... More

We stayed here on our way from New York City to Niagara Falls. All we needed was a convenient place for one night, and this hotel met our needs. No major concerns with our stay, for the money it was a good value. Alot of construction workers using this hotel it seemed.
