We just arrived home after attending A Nascar Race at Watkins Glen International Raceway, we had to book a room at the last minute and I was unsure about the Super 8, but was very happy with the stay at this location, the room was clean, it was quiet each night, i forgot my blowdryer and was happy they had... After being wooed by a last minute vacancy in the nearby Radisson in Corning, we almost didn’t go to the Super 8. When we got there, we did second-guess ourselves as we drove up – from the outside, the place looked like small town public housing from the 70’s (however, pride of operations were shown in the flowers and grass... I have stayed at Super 8 hotels before and found them satrisfactory. The Super 8 chain is considered a 2-star hotel, but this one was less than advertised. The towels were discolored, the carpet a little threadbare. The breakfast was very disappointing: some freezer bagels, bread or cereal, and only one table in the tiny lobby.

We stayed for one night over the weekend. Our room was on the second floor, non-smoking. No complains: clean and neat room, nice furniture, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, wireless internet, clean bathroom. The location was great. We had breakfast included, but decided to get something else. Nearby there is Dunkin Donuts & Burger King and other places for quick fix.

Do yourself a favor and stay at the Microtel, this place was creepy, noisy and smells horrible. If you have to stay here (it happens) avoid the third floor where most of the rooms are smoking rooms.

Stayed there for a few days. I found the room to be clean and the bathroom looked recently remodeled. If you are looking for a clean place on a budget you can't go wrong. The room was to have wireless internet, but my computer was not able to pick up any wireless router. The room did have a long Ethernet... More

We stopped here on our way to Baltimore, after driving for 6 hours into the night. We got what we were told was the last available room. Back parking lot was a bit scary. Walking into the side door of the hotel was like being hit in the face with an ashtray. The whole stairwell STUNK of smoke. Hallway was... More

Right off Highway 86 in Bath, this hotel was great for the price, had an okay free breakfast, and was convenient to the wineries on Keuka Lake. Within walking distance of restaurants; Ponderosa has a great dinner buffet.

I've stayed at this motel a number of times. Rooms are comfortable with microwaves, refrigerators, flat panel tvs, and rooms are well cleaned. Challenge here is getting non-smoking room--they have them but several are adjacent to or near smoking areas, where is smells like a smokers convention. There are no elevators (3 floors) so be sure to get lower level... More

We stayed for a night and was pleasantly surprised by the comforts in the room - TV with premium channels, microwave, a good size refrigerator, coffee maker, ironing board, internet, etc, can't beat it for the $59 we paid. The corridors had some smell of cigarette smoke but our room was a non-smoking room and there it was perfectly fine.... More
