We were booked into the “Daniel Boone Cabin” which is a small riverfront log cabin with an interior configured with three pairs of single bunk beds (total sleeping capacity of six), a microwave, an apartment sized refrigerator, ceiling fan, a kitchen table with six wooden chairs, a sink with H/C water, an window style A/C unit, and a “fireplace” style... Thank you Indian Head for another great family weekend of camping and rafting. I highly recommend. The staff are nice and polite and very helpfully. We will be back again next year for another trip. The kids loved the water as well.

We go every June as soon as the kids are out of school. Have to book early as their cabins are very popular. Very good size for a family with everything that we are looking for. Beautiful mountains and clean river. Staff has always been polite and helpful. It's a small campground but well run by the staff

Really enjoyed the river. A packed lunch, 2 canoes and some of the most beautiful scenery we could ask for. Service was great. We stayed in the Bear Paw and loved it. The other cabins also looked beautiful and we are planning on bringing up the whole fam to test them all. Highly recommend to anyone.

Indian Head Canoes used to be just okay, jow they are terrible. They are extremely unorganized. We had to wait well over an hour to get on to our bus to tske us to the river. There were multiple parties so I understand it being hectic, but come on, when we checked after an hour of not being called we... More

First of all I wish I'd read previous campers' reviews before being taken in by the fabulously marketed website. Although I love the diverse ethnicity of fellow campers, I wholeheartedly agree with reviewers related to obnoxious, inconsiderate campers' noise, as well as the condition of the bathrooms. As a life-long camper, the competing latin american and east indian music well... More
