We are staying at the hotel for a few days over Easter. The hotel is really nice. As far as furnishings go, its pretty standard stuff with a country feel. Its clean and very quiet. There aren't many people here right now, so that may change. Its location really makes the place. There are some really nice places within a... More

We were at a business event here recently and were not impressed with the fact that there were no napkins left less than a half-hour after the event started. No one was checking on us but I did manage to find someone on the staff when we took a break and more napkins finally did appear. There was plenty of... More

Multiple experiences with The Red Mill In. No surprises here -- you get what you pay for. Pleasant enough, but not over the top. Very little will be fresh at the continental breakfast, but this is not a B&B so there should be no shock. I go back and forth on whether to book here or Microtel (which is 1/2... More

This a cute, quaint hotel that is nice for a normal stay, but they are not equipped to handle events. We reserved the bar area for our wedding after party and the bartender was not polite or knowledgeable and they were out of almost everything. We had many issues with people getting the run around about rooms not being available... More

I spent 5 nights at the Red Mill while attending a workshop in Baldwinsville. The Inn is definitely not your chain style motel! The reconstruction preserved many of the elements of the original mill. The facility was very clean, the staff pleasant and helpful, and my room quite adequate. The continental breakfast was very limited. There are a variety of... More

We were in Baldwinsville area to visit with family. Husband grew up here and wanted to try this place. Room was clean, bed comfy. I heard no noise from other rooms. Our biggest complaint was how dark the room was. Maybe it was to hide the spots on the carpet. We also thought there was "high speed internet" which we... More

We stayed at the inn based on their advertised golf package. The had not made the reservations we had ask for and then, when we insisted, they booked our group for 3:12 pm, not giving us time to finish 18 holes before dark. I assume this way they got the sunset rate from the golf course. They gave us each... More

We spent 2 nights at the Red Mill Inn as a little vacation-shopping escape. Kelly, in particular, and all of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was large very clean and well furnished although they should update to flat screen TVs. The continental breakfast was above average, the fresh apples, oranges, and bananas were unexpected! We purchased... More

Located on the Erie Canal, this hotel is a treasure. The staff members were friendly and helpful and the rooms were really big and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, the carpeting seemed to have seen better days and had some spots. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The early riser had a chance to walk around... More

Visited family in B'ville and chose to stay here. Usually stayed at Microtel before but for $20/more a night decided to give it a try. Nice place. Rooms are HUGE! Nice breafast buffet in the morning...nothing great but adequate with yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, and breads. A nice touch was make your own waffles. Staff was friendly. Would recommend this...
