Not the most exciting or best quality camp option in Bostwana but a great staff that are friendly. While not a spot for seeing big game it does offer a relaxing trip on the delta by canoe and chance to walk . The camp is really in need of a refurbishment in the rooms and facilities. More

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the whole experience, mokoro trip (with midges), really enjoyed the two walking safaris and got quite close to elephants etc. Our guides were excellent, very knowledgable and friendly. The tented accommodation was very good and great food - saw lots of wonderful birdlife in and around the area. More

I've written reviews of the other two camps I visited, Savute Safari Lodge and Laroo La Tau, but when it comes to Camp O. some additional perspective is necessary. It is the home of John Carter, a Bayai (northern Botswana) tribal elder, a living legend who has trained more trackers and guides than anyone else in Southern Africa. Born and... More

A beautiful peaceful setting. A trip on a moroko is a must - so relaxing. The guides were very helpful, we stated that we had a special interest in birds - wow, did they know their stuff and were so enthusiastic. The walkign safaris were wonderful and a different kind of safari to what I'm used to. Saw elephants, leches,... More

what an experience in a beautiful tranquil setting. The walking safaris were so exciting....the guides were fab, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and looked after us very well ....even when we did have two young male elephant bulls running past us (drunk on marulla fruit!!). We stayed for 3 nights and really thankful that we did (a lot stayed for just 2... More

In the heart of the Okavango, this camp exceeded expectation. Fabulous accommodation and food. Walking safaris led by local Botswanian guides who knew their birds and wildlife and kept a cool head when faced with elephants and other giants of Africa. What an experience. Knocked spots off the sanitised "big 5" jeep safaris in Kruger. More

We had a fabulous time, and could not recommend more highly. The staff were great, service fantastic and food delicious. Walking safari incredible despite rain on one day! And could not recommend the boat trip more highly. Beautiful. Mona, Ernie and Robin and their team work hard to make it a great experience and our guide Toffee was fabulous, highly... More

Out of the 4 places I stayed this was the easily the bottom of the list. The facility is tired, the service failed in comparison to any other lodge, and the management poor. There didn't seem to be quite enough food to feed all the guests (definitely first come, first serve). The one saving grace was the walking safari which... More

We spend two nights a the camp, the last one we were the only guests of the camp and we were provided with a private dinner in our suite. The suite was also a surprise, as we were upgraded from the standard tent (probably because we were honeymooners). It was colder than expected, and the camp and the suite are... More
