We had a fantastic time on our safari around the 3 oriental express safari camps. Eagle Island was our first camp, and it is absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to a room with it's own private pool, and outdoor bath and showers (as well as inside bathroom). I can't imagine a nicer safari experience. Like the other reviewers, I cannot believe the poor review written by another traveler. I cannot believe the bad review below was written about the same camp we visited. Having experienced 19 trips to Africa - 17 of them into Orient Express Camps I found a review to be so unlike anything I have ever experienced there. There are so many negatives regarding this camp that far, far outweigh the positives that I don't know where to start. The management team are appalling and appear to have forgotten that they are in the service industry - their skills are truck stop level NOT 5 star level.
