My family and I traveled together to Zarafa Camp! The camp is luxurious and super private with only four large rooms. I especially enjoyed the dip pool and outdoor shower. The grounds are stunning with glorious sunrises and sunsets! Our private safari guide made sure we were able to track down every animal we sought, such as hippos, leopards, lions,... More

What a fabulous time we had spent at Zarafa and how wonderful a job its staff did in taking care of us and showing us the beautiful animals of Africa! We have stayed in many nice luxury camps and lodges on our previous safari trips, however, Zarafa has outdone everyone of them in every way! We simply loved the elegantly... More

My first trip to Zarafa was October, 2014 and I knew I'd be back. This time, I stayed 4 nights and had a private guide: the most talented Lets. If you're a photographer, Lets is your guy. Zarafa has abundant and diverse wildlife: lions, leopards, wild dogs, hyena, elephant, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, Impala, lechwe, roan antelope, spring bok, ostrich, honey badger...... More

Zarafa is the most special place on earth. Nature is so beautiful. Taking a look at the lives of the most unbelievable creatures. ( Elephants, Lions, Leopards, Birds, Wild dogs and many more ) I had the feeling I became one with nature. The luxury at Zarafa Camp is unbelievable extravagant. The people who work there are amazing. Anything can... More

They offer an intimate, flexible day to day itinerary We enjoyed lovely boat rides on the lagoon. Our guide was patient as we pursued the excitement of following a few different leopards. Sundowners watching the elephants in the shallow waters with the clouds and colorful sunset created the ultimate romantic evening

Zarafa is a jewel. Beautiful location beside a large lagoon; stunning rooms with bedroom, sitting room, lovely bathroom, outdoor plunge pool and shower. The central accomodation is simple but comfortable; the food, taken communally together with some of the staff, was excellent. And the Selinda Estate is outstanding (and enormous) - we were increadibly fortunate and saw multiple lions &... More

Why this is the best? In no particular order, the physical plant, tents and lodge; food; management; ecosystems in the massive reserve; wildlife; and guide (Letsogile "Lets") are among the reasons. This tents and main lodge are among two finest we have encountered in Botswana. Overall, in the past 10 years we have been to at least 12 other camps... More
