We stayed for two nights in August 2014. The camp is small and quiet and all of the tents overlook the river. At one point I watched 24 elephants and 27 zebra drinking. The camp is very tastefully done with communal areas also overlooking the river. The hosts Toff and Kitty are very welcoming and our guide Sel who took... More

Besides the amazing five star tented accommodation and service, Meno is also situated in the most perfect position. Located on a cliff above the river overlooking the park, one is able to view game coming down to the river from the luxurious viewing area. Stunning views also to be had from your tent and even from your own outdoor shower.... More

We spent our first two nights in this wonderful camp which included one full day being driven through the park with the wonderfully informative guide Sel. Absolutely fantastic stay would have no hesitation in recommending this camp to anyone.

Meno A Kwena was the first camp we visited on our Botswana trip. The camp was quite unique and very comfortable. You had to ask for hot water for your shower, but this wasn't a hassle as we all had showers before sundowners (too cold to have one in the morning!!). The camp was very intimate, and it was great... From our very first emails to book and enquire we had amazing service and feedback. Our stay with our two girls was brilliant. We had a peaceful calm stay with people really caring about your welfare. The hot water brought for showering was brilliant. Our daughter cannot eat much wheat and she was catered for so well. We will definitely... More

This is not about the venue but the owner David. We booked and paid for one night before arriving. We where an additional adult and 15 month toddler. We decided based on the stunning lodge to stay another night. This turned out to be a total rip off. We got charged 25 % more than the initial rate and on... More

Meno a Kwena was our first camp on our Botswana adventure. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Africa. The layout of the camp is well thought-out, so each tent has the feel of privacy, while still having a great view across the Boteti into the game reserve. The common areas are comfortable and welcoming, under the repurposed... More

This has for years been a favourite of mine...the setting is out of this world and everything one could hope for...on a cliff with a view of the river and all who come to drink. Now the service standard is geat and the whole camp looks and functions wonderfully.

We spent 4 nights here as part of a month long trip round Namibia and Botswana. The camp is divine; it is such a beautiful spot overlooking the river. On our first evening we did a sunset cruise which was a pleasant way to orientate ourselves to our surroundings. The next day we left early for a sleep out on... More

We stayed only one night at this camp and wished we could have stayed longer!! We were on a weekend yoga safari trip! The entire trip was quite amazing. The location and set-up of the camp is beautiful. We would highly recommend it as it was small, quaint and very well situated to observe wildlife. The camp also supports conservation... More
