Luxury tented camp with one of the most picturesque views overlooking the Boteti river, the sunsets against the herds of zebra and elephants coming down to drink HAVE to be seen to be believed. The comfortable and stylish camp teamed with the excellent service makes this a very memorable holiday and one I would not hesitate to recommend. For the... More

Beautiful location high above a river bed with teeming game to watch through the day, birds aplenty. Charming staff, delicious food, amazing attention to detail. Activities too - river cruise, guided walks. Definitely worth a two or three night stay.

Meno A Kwena, situated on tribal land, is a perfect safari destination. If you're looking for a safari with style, sociable evening chill out and a fantastic team to provide you with a dream safari then I'd say you can stop looking! I have now been twice and found the friendly and attentive attitude of the staff and management (Lily... More

Meno A Kwena is a true hidden secret in the bush. The tents a really good an fantastic decorated. The food in the camp is fantastic! After 20 minutes we arrived we saw a pride of lions watching us from the river bank while we were on a boatsafari. Also the safari in the Makadikadi pans is great! The guides... More

Spacious tented accommodation maintained by extremely friendly and caring staff. There is no mains electricity, no Wi-Fi, no television, and minimal mobile connection – this is an ideal place to unwind and relax. You are guaranteed to be spoilt with all the attention and before you can finish your cocktail, the next is ready and waiting. The solar charge can... More

A very different experience and they are excellent at what they do. These are 'proper' tents and the theme is of a mobile safari in the days of the 'great white hunter', who was well represented pictorially as the owning (and operating) family have a strong legacy which more recently focuses on conservation and sustainability. 'The 'bucket shower' system was... More

Excellent place to stay on the bluff, overlooking the river. We watched and later heard elephants filling themselves with water and swimming and playing as the sun set behind them. Excellent food and homey feel that helped me settle right into Botswana. Tents are spacious and outdoor shower overlooking the hippo pool a beautiful experience. Also a fairly close drive... More

This the BEST place I have stayed in Botswana, just wonderful!!! The camp is located above the Boteti river, I could see plenty of elephants and Hippos from my safari tent. The safari tent was luxerious, with a good bathroom (outside, approx. 10 meters away from tent). Small swimming pools facing the river and the flats of the National park.... More

My partner and I stayed at Meno a Kweno Camp while on a self drive safari in Botswana. What a beautiful place. Meno A Kwena tented camp is a bit like a 1950’s film set with fantastic old furniture in the communal lounge area and a lovely long table in the dining area with canvas camp chairs. There are only... This is a beautiful camp to which clearly a lot of effort has gone into, but having been in three other camps around Botswana we all (6) felt uneasy in this camp. It is very colonially styled, which in itself would have been okay as it was meant to be very indulgent and luxurious (big stained furniture, excessive decorations, framed... More
