Everything about Ghoha Hills is warm, friendly & classy. The tents are large and beautifully furnished. The lounge area has sweeping views of the Savute plains and many comfortable seating areas. The staff & cooks did everything to make our stay fantastic. This area is also rich in game, so we had many exciting moments on every drive.

Ghoha hills was our first destination in our safari trip and we were delighted! The location of ghoha hills is spectacular on a hill as you might expect. Sunset and sundown are fantastic. We had a pick up from the savuti airstrip by Stanley and from the moment we got into the safari vehicle we saw giraffe, elephants zebras and... More

Ghoha Hills was like a dream come true! I travelled alone this past July and my first stop in Botswana was here. Set atop the beautiful hills, the tents are like "Out of Africa" gems. You can get lost in them and they are like nothing I have ever seen. But, most of all are the two people who manage... More

Ghoha Hills is such a magical place, high up on a hill with breathtaking views over the valley. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble, with our every whim catered to. The tented accommodation was superb and very comfortable. BG our guide was quite the character and the Manager... More

Visiting Botswana is wonderful experience per se, but Ghoha hills lodge is really something. Excellent location on a hill allows you to observe the animals even while enjoying your breakfast. The tents are luxurious and eco-friendly at the same time. But the best of it is the staff that makes you feel really special and gives you that great impression... More

Ghoha Hills is off the beaten track... there are no other lodges in the vicinity and the drive from the Savute airstrip takes roughly an hour. It is a special lodge though, located on one of the few hills in the area, offering superb views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, for families they have suites with a separate bedroom... Our stay at Ghoha Hills was so memorable and our guide Bogosi (BG) is not only knowledgeable, helpful and charming, he is also a very good lunch companion with the BEST ideas of where to have picnic lunches and breaks. We saw more wildlife than I could ever have wished for. Having lunch at the riverside with the hippos watching... More

Our stay in the Ghoha Hills Savuti was one of our most memorable and joyful experiences in Afrika. Besides enjoying luxury and comfort we were touched by wildlife and simple living. It is the spot to get grounded. Unforgettable. Thanks to the team at GH. You made it great!

Beautiful Ghoha Hills, it's so true. This lodge is 40 minutes drive from the airstrip. The main area and all the tents are in a line on the hill and all have a fantastic views of Savuti. We only stayed for 2 nights at this wonderful lodge. Our guide, Bogosi, otherwise known as BG, was quite a character, and took... More

We arrived in Ghoha Hills after 3 very busy days in a prior camp and immediately loved the fact that it was situated on top of a hill with expanded views of the valley with amazing sunrise of both the sun and the moon. We were not only welcomed but pampered by the management team and the staff. We truly... More
