very cute and the new owners were very nice, old cars, old neon lights, the tucumcari town is filmed after the "movie CARS, I guess our kids recognized alot of the mountain, the gas stations and it's all about the route 66 ending and this town, we were told. very nice motel too More

We recently stayed two nights at the Blue Swallow and was pleasantly surprised and pleased with our visit. The rooms are decorated in 50's motif, but the beds are extremely comfortable. If you are a route 66 enthusiast or just want to take a trip down memory lane, this is the place to stay. More
