Very clean, modest, friendly, simple. Fridge in room, hot water, warm, quiet, good location. If you are like us and want a simple place in Taos, this comes highly recommended.

We have been on the road for over a month and this has been the best place we have stayed so far. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was 'roomy' with fridge & Microwave. Bed comfy. It's an older place but well kept and clean. A real bonus was the free soup, snacks, and choice of wine, beer or Margarita... More

Stayed here 2 nights on business. Hotel is located near many restaurants and is a short drive to the central business district. Hotel's amenities such as wireless internet, breakfast, and manager's receiption was great. Overall a great stay that provided a clean and quiet stay.

we spent one night in this hotel on our way to the balloon fiesta. on the one hand the bed was very comfortable (king) and the room was a good size. there was no internet (as promised) and the room is terribly old. the bath is very very small - my husband could not fit together and we're not that... This is an aging property but OK for the price. Our room was large, the beds were firm, and the bathroom was fine. The staff were very helpful. I would recommend getting a room facing the courtyard rather than the parking lots as this would be quieter. The hotel is close to the excellent Taos visitors center and Wal-Mart and... More

We stayed here 3 nights with a pet. We were in room 220. It is at the end of a group of rooms, so it's quieter and also had a nice view of the pool area and the mountain in the distance. Nice sunsets! The room was good sized, beds comfortable. They served soup in the evening for free and... More

As far as Taos hotels go, this one was fairly inexpensive. The lobby area is junky and the exterior had peeling paint. The rooms are nice, but the ceiling in the bath had a small patch of mold. The next time we come to Taos, we'll stay at the Comfort Suites down the road.

My husband and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We chose this property, as it was pet friendly, and we brought our dog with us on the trip. Overall, the hotel needs some upgrading...furniture in the rooms, beds, bathrooms, etc., but it was fine for the 3 nights we stayed. Where it shines is the outdoor area. They have... More
