I have stayed here before...a number of times. The location is good, the property and staff? Not so much/not at all! Linens are shabby, thin and cleanliness questionable. Bathrooms are dingy and appear to be simply sloshed with water as a mopping technique. I doubt they vacuum the carpets...if they do, it surprises me because they are thin, filthy and... More

We first stayed here about 5 years ago, and were pleasantly surprised back then. It used to be a hidden gem in Taos, now it's just another run down motel. I can put up with carpets from the Nixon administration, Cathode ray tube TVs. I did expect wifi to work, even if it's slow. It just cuts in and out... More

Thanks for your business & review. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations. The economy has hit tourism & travel pretty hard. As a result, we've been pushed into selling to long term stays (a number of others have also had to do so). WIFI has not been a problem recently (we've done a number of upgrades). We'll focus on noise... More

I had a pleasant stay at this nice motel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, the pool was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is nothing super special about this place, but I booked using one of the last minute deal websites and got an incredible price so I was very... More

Thanks so much! We appreciate your investing the time to complete a review. It's far too often the unhappy folks take the time and people who appreciate our location, service, comfort, and value do not. THANK YOU!!! Hope you had a great Christmas and Happy New Year! More

Very nice staff. Hotel is very basic, good location. No blow dryer in room. Towels were nice and fluffy. Bed was fine. Pillows were okay. Other than that it was fine for a night. The staff upgraded me, which was very kind.

Thanks for what sounds like a return visit and business! While we don't meet everyone's expectations, it is always appreciated when we do meet a returning Guest's needs. We don't claim to be fancy but we do aim to offer affordable lodging in a great location with clean & comfortable rooms & service from a from team of "tour guide"... More

I have never been in a filthier, scarier hotel. Full disclosure, this place was so gross, we left assuming that we would still have to pay the full price. The lobby was in dire need of repair, smelled like smoke from the staff. When we were checking in, the (really) nice girl up front explained their washing machine broke and... More

The Health Department need to check this one out. Payment of $159.00 for a deluxe King Suite was made. So when we arrived at 2.00 om from The Balloon Festival, we were expecting a comfortable room with the usual amenities. WRONG. The entire complex is filthy including the reception area. The room first: The bed was very good and that... More

Clearly an error. NO ONE PAID $159 for balloon fest weekend. No further management response would be appropriate other than see some of the medium to positive comments. We are not fancy by any means and our direct rates are closer to 1/2 to 1/3 the rate mentioned by the reviewer. Our team works very hard to provide clean lodging... More

Friendly check-in, however the lobby and office area was the bright spot, it went down hill from there. The room smelled stall. The king size bed sheets were white compared to the towels. Both had holes in them. Extra blankets must have been acquired at the surplus store. Stains on carpet and walls, no screens in windows. Some rooms were... More

I stayed at the inn sept 6, 2015 and will NEVER stay there again. Room wasn't ready, toilet and wall leaked water, cable went out every 10 minutes. Told manager on Monday about my stay. All he could say is "didn't want to hear that". Didn't offer any kind of discount or anything. LOUSY place to stay.

Sorry we missed the mark for your stay. That is NOT the end result we aim for. Amazing the range of comments on the same weekend. The entire team tries to meet Guest expectations. More

Thanks for your business and comments. The most significant difference from one hotel to another is how we take care of and "tour guide" our Guests. VERY glad to hear that Diana & Leisa accomplished sending you folks to the sites you wanted to see and enjoy. We appreciate your referrals and will aim to be their "tour guide" too.... More
