Orinda B&b is now closed. The owners took down the web site and walked away from the property. I don't have any more information at this time. It's in a great location if anyone is looking for property in Taos. We stayed at Casa Europa instead and had a great time, very nice innkeepers and a beautiful property.

When you are traveling with an 85 pound, 13-yr-old Labrador retriever, not everybody puts out the welcome mat. We (my husband, our two teenage sons and I) loved Orinda! John and Katie are wonderful hosts, the views are spectacular and the house so beautiful. My son and I stayed at Orinda for one night prior to hiking Wheeler Peak the next day. It was a lovely room with an incredible view of the mountains from the deck! My wife and I stayed in the Fayotto suite (bedroom, bathroom, and private living room). Located just outside of town, it is secluded, quiet, and peaceful, yet a short drive into town. We stayed in the Taos Mountain Room and it was awesome! It had the best mountain view in Taos, a kiva gas fireplace, huge bathroom, balcony, and comfy bed! The breakfast is amazing!
