This is our second wonderful visit to Palacio and we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning renovations of the main house and the individual rooms. The new bathrooms were by far the most luxurious of any we have experienced and we took full advantage of the large, jetted tub and spa-like shower. We were expertly pampered by the resident general... More

We were having a difficult time researching where to stay in Taos for a birthday jaunt. It had been a while since we visited and it seemed like all the TA reviews of hotels and inns discussed accommodations that were either absurdly expensive or dated . . . or both. When we noticed that our trusted Heritage Hotel chain recently... More

Surprise twenty-fifth anniversary trip. Wife loved it. Very nice room bit on cozy side but adequate with everything you need and more. Nice bathroom, everything very clean and comfortable. Right in town but just off the beaten path makes it feel very private and quiet. We chose to have breakfast on the patio each morning with the perfect weather and... More

My uncle recommended this place and after looking at pictures online we couldn't consider staying anywhere else. We actually chose Taos as our getaway destination so that we could stay at the Palacio. We stayed in the Illuminator room. It was clean and modern and perfect. It is hard to be back home and not step onto imported marble bathroom... More

El Palacio de Marquesa was an excellent foundation to a wonderful trip in Taos. The recently remodeled inn situated off the main road in Taos is nestled within a small wooded area, an instantly distinctive with a rich adobe architecture. There is plenty of open parking. Chad, the general manager, is incredibly inviting, and always has a helpful suggestion on... More

My wife stumbled across this hotel. The manager was very welcoming and attentive. The room was perfect in every way! We will definitely stay again the next time we visit Taos. More is planned for the future with continued updates and expansion plans.

This is a property what dreams are made of. You are greeted by the General Manager Chad Ozment, who is the perfect host, throughout your stay. He is everywhere & any where you want him to be. The property is amazingly detailed, inside and out. The grounds are well appointed with wild flowers from the Northern New Mexico area. Believe... More

Tucked just a block off the main street, this quiet 8-room inn was such a nice surprise. The inn has recently been completely rennovated so everything is brand new. We stayed in the Illuminator. Kind of old Santa Fe meets minimalist elegance. Delicious breakfast delivered in a basket to our room exactly at the time of our choice. We could... More
