Newly updated guest rooms made for a comfortable stay. The Manager, Chad, was courteous and helpful. A choice of breakfast delivered to our room each morning was more than we expected. Though tucked away in a quiet neighborhood we were close enough to walk to the plaza.

What a beautiful, romantic, upscale and warm place combined with heritage architecture truly is, Palacio de Marquesa! The general manager, Chad provided us with excellent services, from delivering our daily delicious breakfast right at our room door to sharing his rich knowledge of the historic area Taos, NM. We stayed at the Diva room and it was gorgeous! Love the... More

My husband and I visited the first week of May and were hesitant because of the renovations that had just been done. It seems that The Heritage Hotels group has acquired the property and has named it a hotel which seems to be a misnomer since it definitely has the feeling of a B&B. The entire place is lovely altho... More

A ridiculously charming little bit of extravagance. Excellent for a romantic getaway with a loved one. The rooms are gorgeous and recently renovated. You can tell they really pushed the details, as everything as a bit of a new sheen, especially the giant tub in the library suite. Service from the innkeeper Chad is top-notch. Anything you need, He's got... More

At first glance the property is inviting. After being greeted by staff the feeling is enhanced. The room that my girlfriend and I stayed in was clean and in keeping with the theme of the South-West. It is however, noticeable that this property was once a bit grander than it is now, but it is still very much a warm... More

My husband and I travel to Taos almost every year, there's something magical about Taos and this property was no different. This was our first time staying at The Palacio De Marquesa - We had a fantastic experience! Upon arriving at the property, we met Chad, the property manager. He was courteous, kind and professional and we immediately felt at... More

This hotel is so charming. Our room was perfect. The manager, Chad, was so gracious and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. The fireplaces in the rooms made it extra special. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed here on a one-night getaway just before Christmas. It was the perfect place for a romantic winter escape. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, a five-minute walk from the plaza. The property is quintessential New Mexico - it's surrounded by huge cottonwood trees that must be 100+ years old, and (of course) all the buildings are adobe.... More

We purchased 2 nights through Living Social offer. We stayed in early December on Saturday and Sunday nights. The setting is lovely. The room was so welcoming and cozy, and had a casual elegance. We loved the kiva fireplace! It is quiet and very New Mexican. The manager Chad was wonderful! He makes you feel like you walked into his... More

Off the main road but very walkable to Plaza, this small 8 room quasi B&B is perfect for a romantic stay in Taos. Rooms are large, clean, quiet. Breakfasts are plentiful and made fresh daily, no dry cereal or pastries from a factory here. Beautiful attention to New Mexican and Taos heritage in room decor. You almost hate to leave... More
