This B and B is off the main drag, a few miles away from the town square. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable. The breakfasts are most awesome with hosts that wish to meet your every need. You have access to Wi Fi which helps plan you next adventure, I would highly recommend Stuart's Llama trek .

I rarely give 5 stars but this B&B deserves it. The place is just off the main road and is beautifully decorated. You have the use of the house of course. But the main value of the place is the hosts, LeAnn and Charles. These folks have lived in Taos for over 20 years. And they have a knowledge of... More

Had a wonderful 1 night stay. Great location (I drove to town, but only a mile away). LeAnn and Charles were great and provided info on the area, shopping, restaurants and were lovely people. Breakfast was yummy (stuffed French toast) with all the trimmings. The view is gorgeous and the Taos Balloon Rally happened to be in town and was... More

Spent a beautiful night last weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. I would have to say that our breakfast was the highlight for sure. When we sat down, we had fresh cranberry banana juice waiting for us which was quite good. Our freshmade breakfast was much better than what we've had at other places. Would love to come back hear... I rarely write reviews and do so only when the experience was exceptional--American Artists is such a place! Rare to encounter innkeepers who pay such wonderful attention to detail yet are so relaxed and casual. You'll find a clean and cozy rooms with high quality linens and comfortable beds. Charles and LeAnn are helpful with just the right degree of... More

We were happy to see that LeAnn, Charles and George and all the special cats are still at this B&B. My sister and I stay at American Artists B&B whenever we visit Taos and we love it every time. We are greeted like we are friends and the breakfast and coffee are wonderful. I love the location of this B&B... More

Great quiet beautifully decorated find. Near downtown but not with all the noise and congestion. LeAnn and Charles go out of their way to make you comfortable and recommend activities and places to eat. They even phone restaurants for you. The breakfasts there are so yummy and huge!

Southwest style rooms with fire place, all very clean and quiet. Free parking. Location 5-min. drive to downtown. Very good breakfasts, southwest cuisine, every day different, served by the owner. Beautiful art work everywhere.

Charles and LeAnn run a lovely B & B. The breakfasts we had were first-rate, and the owners were very pleased to help us plan our days in the Taos area. The rooms included several local touches in the furnishings, and the beds were comfortable.

This was the second location my new bride and I stayed at in 2008. As with most B&B's your host is either jazzed on their new purchase of the B&B or they are burnt out and putting on their best face before they bail out. Unfortunately, in February 2008 it was the latter. There was little if any artwork to... More
