While traveling for a business trip, I had been eager to visit Taos and found this place which looked amazing. It also has had great reviews, but let me say, this will be my first and last time here! While walking up the stairs to the property, you are taken back by the Inns position, it is very green and... More

We were put in "The Happy Trails" room. Don't believe the photos because in reality it is extremely small, dark, dusty and crammed with old furniture. The bathroom is the tiniest I have ever been in! The door misses the toilet edge by a fraction of an inch. There is no private entrance as advertised. There is no privacy. Even... More

My sisters and I so enjoyed our getaway, the location made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops and the Spanish Colonial room we stayed in was comfortable and elegant (we loved the art work on the walls!). The breakfasts were what one would make for company, delicious! The owners, Peggy and Jerry made sure we had everything we... More

So yes, it's in a beautiful historic building and has a lovely garden and porch, but that is where the delight ends. For over $300 a night I expect an immaculately well kept property. This is the exact antithesis of that. Faded and musty with battered and uncomfortable furniture. The bathrooms are horrible and we doubt they changed the linen... More

From the minute we walked in the door, we loved everything about the Inn! The owners, Jerry and Peggy, were friendly and extremely helpful in suggesting the best sites and restaurants to visit during our short stay. Our room was cozy with pine planks floor to ceiling. The room also included a private porch, a comfy king-sized bed, a Keurig... More

Inn on La Loma had a very good location. It also has good options for gluten free breakfast. On the negative side, our room was very small, lacking room for two people. The bed was not very big, I think it was a double, although it was listed as 'queen'. The mattress was lumpy and not comfortable. The TV was... More

We stumbled onto this gem through Denver Daily Deals in April. The Inn itself is historically significant, but with the contemporary amenities that afforded a most comfortable stay. The grounds are lovely and the rooms are each unique and reflective of Southwest architecture and ambiance. The owners were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about sites and restaurants around town. The... More

i've stayed at this Inn twice now and loved it both times. Lovely room (Sky) with southwest decor, roomy bathroom, yummy full hot breakfasts, afternoon snacks, helpful staff, beautiful grounds (a previous owner was retired from the Forest Service and planted lots of trees), quiet location, two blocks from museums and the plaza. I highly recommend this Inn!

Our stay was very nice breakfast was great the owners were very nice and very helpful. The room we stayed in would of been perfect if it would of been cleaned. There was so many things that we're over looked that it ruined our stay . When we asked housekeeper to clean our tub she said "am leaving for the day... More

We've travelled all over the world and I've never quite felt so welcomed before. The owners are super charming and the most gracious hosts. The grounds are beautifully kept. Our room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower (with steam!). The TV is old, but who earth comes to Taos to watch TV? Get out... More
