I stayed at the Taos Inn for the first time in 1965. I've stayed there on my honeymoon, with our kids and this last time, just the two of us again. It is consistently a great place to stay. The quality of the stay is always top notch.

I have stayed at this wonderful Inn twice. 10 years apart. Once was a lovely girfriend getaway. My friend and I actually had only planned one night here, but once we checked in and fell immediately in love with the place, we ran downstairs to the desk to secure another night and adjusted our trip accordingly. We were in a... More

Wonderful inn with lots of historic charm. Great location, just steps away from plaza, shops, restaurants. Really enjoyed late afternoon drinks and eats in the bar! Will definitely return, wish we were there now.

I loved the hotel. I was traveling alone and wanted a safe setting. Staff was friendly. However I couldn't get anyone to get me connected to wifi!! I did ask! The doc Martin's had incredible New Mexico cuisine! The margaritas were great- Laura gave me her recipe for the jalepeño one--thanks!! Didn't have much time to see the city as... More

Great music in the lobby. Bar food is great. Very helpful desk staff (Pete Rommel). Excellent suggestions for restaurants and sites! The location was very convenient and within walking distance of the plaza and other downtown destinations. We will definitely be back.

Can't beat the location and the in house live music only adds to the experience! The prices are reasonable and although I didn't stay in the back the rooms seemed rather romantic. That would have been lost on me though since I was traveling alone on a road trip. :)

Centrally located. Lots of local flavor. Fun open mic night that draws a large local crowd. Good margarita at the bar. Stay in one of the back buildings if you want a quiet experience, as the main building rooms open onto a cool, but slightly loud, atrium. I'll stay there again when I'm back in taos. The only con was... More

We just got married at the Taos Inn and I couldn't have been happier with the service and thoughtfulness of the staff. The rooms coordinator was great, she ensured everyone had the room they needed, she also organized seating for the ceremony and did a wonderful job taking care of us. The food was outstanding offering New Mexican dishes along... More

I enjoy the polite workers at the inn - bartenders, reception desk attendant, housemaids. The old adobe with courtyards mood is serene and relaxing. I also appreciate the specials the inn runs on its website. The location is perfect for foot travel in Taos.

This is our 2nd stay with the Inn and we love this place. It could not be better located to enjoy the rich artsy nature of Taos along with the wondeful cuisine. The bar is an experience in itself along with Doc Martins restaurant...your experience can't be beat. This is the only place in a long, long time that we... More
