The place is beautiful and has a perfect location right across from the Taos Plaza and near galleries and museums. It's the place to stay in Taos. The nightly entertainment was a great plus. more

the only positive for this hotel is the location. the room had the most uncomfortable bed and we left a day early because of it. when we checked out a day early the staff didn't even ask why we would leave a day early and still pay for the second night. obviously they are not concerned with their guests. more

This place is vastly overrated. We were greeted by unfriendly staff, who couldn't have cared less if we were there or not. Our room had some charm, but was dark and had very poor lighting (don't other people read any more?). We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel and were dissapointed on both occassions. This hotel is in a great location. Right in the middle of it all and very close to the plaza. Parking was plentiful and free. We stayed in the Sandoval house which had a cute little courtyard. I came to the Inn with my parents and my boyfriend and can not even say how great it was! We stayed in the courtyard where this 30ft tall tree was in full bloom, and the gardens were amazing.
