I made reservations last night (10/20/08) for the Howard Johnson Hotel in Socorro, NM. When my family got to the hotel tonight it was very unsatisfactory! We didn't know what to expect, but were extremely happy with our 4 night stay at the Howard Johnson Inn. The room was recently remodeled, very clean and most importantly quiet. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The owner checked on us every day to insure that everything was OK. I strongly recommend this hotel. more
