Stayed here while visiting Tech and I stayed on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the M mountain. Clean beds, fast internet and a decent place for a good price. Clean bathroom and sink etc. Glad I stayed here for the money that I spent. Good value for money.

The clerk -- a member of the owners' family -- was very friendly and helpful. And the rate is reasonable. And that's about it, for a motel with great potential but a lot of needed maintenance. The second floor walkway has a "brick" covering but is obviously mushy -- your feet sink an inch or more -- in a number... More

I reached Socorro late and the Econolodge was closed. The San Miguel was adequate - no bed bugs, adequate bed, and relatively clean. This is an older property that has a lot of wear and tear. It doesn't offer anything more than a place to sleep.

I stayed here for one night in September. Rooms are large and decoration is fine. Furniture is a little bit old and cleanliness can be an issue for some people. Breakfast is included and it is very basic (toasts, coffee, packed muffins...). Staff were very kind and helped whenever necessary. Overall is an ok place for a short stay.

It's a little outdated, but obviously many attempts have been made to keep this place together. Pet-walking facilities were nearby, and the motel is in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very well kept. We had to change rooms because our television didn't work; it didn't work great in the second room, but it wasn't... More

I stay in 30 different motels every summer, and I've stayed in some pretty bad places, but this was one of the worst. I stayed here in June 2014. I checked the website first, then read some of the Trip Advisor reviews, and a lot of of them were good. From the pictures it looked like a nice clean affordable... More

I stayed for two nights in mid-January 2014. The room was ready when I arrived, but given the lack of customers that should not be surprising. The owner and his family live in behind the hotel lobby, and I could smell their dinner cooking when I arrived. The room was pretty grungy: dried food and dust had collected under the... More

Room was clean , didn't smell, bed was comfortable and staff was pleasant. Room furniture was pretty funky. Ok for a budget stopover. Would stay again if passing that way. Heater wasn't overly noisy. Pretty wide open place in the winter. Good access to Bosque del Apache.

Was not happy with this place at all. It was disgusting! We got in at about 12 at night and had to wake up the manager. He came out in his underwear and it was very uncomfortable. The room was ok at first until we found a whole bunch of cockroaches in the bathroom and closet and some around the... More
