Hampton always does everything to make a great stay and this was no exception except the rubber microwaved scrambled eggs were not edible. looked like styrofoam balls. I ended up with a great bowl of raisin bran.

Check in no interest or eye contact. Room floor dirty. Pillows awful. Fruit at breakfast, bananas blackened and apples poor quality. Most limited selection of food at any Hampton Inn I've ever stayed.

We just needed a place to sleep, and chose the Hampton because their beds are usually great and the wifi is fast and password protected. In this hotel, the beds were old and the wifi had no security whatever on it. Not worth the extra bucks for this Hampton.

The hotel is nothing special. It was clean and comfortable. It is near the interstate but I didn't notice much truck traffic. The TV didn't work when we checked in but after the front desk person moved the stand we found a loose plug. The breakfast had no bacon or sausage and my remade "omelet" was to cold to eat.... More

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable, nice pool and fitness room. We enjoyed the breakfast also. Waffles were good, eggs and bagels were good also. Will stay here again! Not many places to eat in the Town, but that is not the Hotels problem.

On a trip from Dallas TX to Carmel CA this was the priciest stop but definitely not the best. At check-in front desk staff would not look up our Hilton Honors membership number for crediting the stay, but instead explained that we would have to do that ourselves (as we didn't have card w/ us). We loved the hotel. The nicest one in that small town of Santa Rosa. We where tired driving and stopped and stayed over and loved it. Great Staff, Large Breakfast and Nice Rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool area and they had a nice game room which allowed us to get a break from the guest room and enjoy time together... More
