Once again Hampton does a really good job, but for the first time in a Hampton, the Santa Rosa staff left us a little gift bag with a bottle of water, some mints, and other goodies along with a note telling us how much we appreciated our being in their hotel. Yes, it was typed, but it didn't say "Dear... More

This was everything you would want in a hotel. The hotel was Clean and had a very nice staff. The breakfast is a nice touch. The internet access is free. I would recommend this to anyone in the area. Quality hotel chain and quality experience

Breakfast was great, dont bother with the reception snacks, and if your air conditioner is not working or your television remote, be sure to let them know and keep following up on it. Air conditioner did not work upon arrival, was moved to another room and that air conditioner was not working either.

The Hampton Inn was a good stopover hotel for me. The rooms are nice and comfy, and the staff was nice. It also had a game room with good wifi, and was close to the freeway, a car museum AND a great restaurant that was the proper welcome to New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment. Stop here if you spend... On Aug. 4 2014 we stopped in Santa Rosa NM at the Hampton Inn, everything was as expected it would be, Except the Breakfast. The breakfast was the best we have had on this trip across the south west. will definitely stay here again if in the area

I'm here in the Hampton Inn in sleepy Santa Rosa, New Mexico, driving cross country, as I have many times. This, the second time I've stayed here, I walked in at Noon, tired from driving all night and sleeping in the car, and they allowed me to check in early. The manager and clerk at the front were both very... More

The Hampton Inn in Santa Rosa is close to the Blue Hole - a natural pool that keeps a constant 61 degree temperature. After leaving the pool, we drove back to the Hampton Inn and warmed up in the hot tub! It's a clean and inviting place to stay.

Nice stay; Hampton's are always great! This was an older property, but the room was comfortable. Hotel needs a "refreshing". I would recommend an overnight stay here.. Easy access off the highway, and restaurants are plentiful along the historic Route 66.

We are traveling down I-40W across the country and needed to stop for the night. We stopped at the first Hampton Inn we came to in New Mexico but it had been burned to the ground. Based on the looks of the area and other hotels we decided to keep going. We drove to Santa Rosa and the town was... More

Reception staff was extremely helpful in accommodating my large family with a cranky baby from a long day in the car. Clean and comfortable. Thank goodness for their help or we'd need to drive a few more hours for a hotel that could fit us.
