The best way to describe Mosetlha is to use the word "family", Mosetlha is a home away from home! Our family spent 3 days there taking time to completely disconnect from every day life. Jonny and Kgomotso are two of Madikwe's best guides! The staff at the camp are nothing but accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure that... More

We had a wonderful three nights at Mosethle hosted by June, Gregg and the rest of the staff around the camp. A special mention has to go to Jonny our ranger on the game drives, he seemed to have a wonderful instinct for knowing where to be at the right time. We saw the big five and plenty more. Jonny... My words will sound like the echo of the majority of the reviews on this site, but I cannot pass up the opportunity to rave about my own experience at Mosetlha. This is the perfect bushcamp in which to get "the dust of Africa on your feet" (quoting the Mosetlha website). The gorgeous, rustic camp does not lack in comfort,... More

Dear Veronica S Thank you so much for this lovely review - I so appreciate your comment "the camp is well organized and beautiful, with the magnificent Mosetlha tree watching over it" ... I don't think I realised before that this is EXACTLY the feeling we want guests to take away with them :) I will post the Peppermint Crisp... More

I had the privilege of accompanying an overseas visitor on a 3 day visit to Mosetlha Bush Camp - what an experience! The friendly staff, knowledgeable game ranger and truly bush atmosphere at the camp made this an unforgettable time to be remembered. I especially enjoyed the rustic accommodation and other facilities - honestly a unique experience. Congratulations to the... More

What a great experience it's the best way to experience the bush and move away from the normal city luxuries such as electricity and cellphone reception. If you decide to visit the purpose of you visit is to be in the nature on game drives and enjoy the sounds and bright stars. You will be reasonably busy with a general... More

I was travelling to South Africa (first time) for work and wanted to squeeze in a little of Africa's wonder before the job started. A friend of mine had reccomended Madikwe, so I searched for the most "natural" accomodations I could find...no luxury spa, just game and natural beauty. Mosetlha seemed perfect for me...but I had no idea how perfect!... More

Mosethla Bushcamp is the place to go to experience the African bush! Friendly staff and owners add to the unique experience. The camp is small and exclusive and one goes to sleep at night to the natural sounds of the bush incl the roar of the lion and the cackling of hyena. With the help of very capable guides, one... Dear Marianne Thanks so much for your kind words - I would be quite happy seeing ONLY caracal, but I suppose the Big 5, wild dog and cheetah, zebra and giraffe and all the birds also have to feature on the Madikwe Menu :) Look forward to having you back with us again soon. My wife, daughter and I stayed at Mosetlha for three days in early March. From Elegant Grasshopper to Elephant we saw and and experienced Africa in the wild. It was brilliant. Our safari driver/guide was extremely knowledgeable about all the wildlife in the park including the amazing amount of birdlife. By the end of the three days even those of... More

My husband and I stayed at Mosethla for three days at the beginning of last month. We had been once before, over ten years ago, and this experience was even better than our last. We travelled with my father and his spouse who have been regular visitors over the years and if we lived in South Africa we probably would... More
