The Lodge is a long way from the N2 - make sure you've got proper directions Once you find the lodge the welcome makes the trip woth it. My first safari and a great place to do it. Shamwari is fantastic for viewing big five - on my 3 drives I managed to see all bar buffalo. Rippons is a very homely lodge, with friendly staff, comfortable accommodation and great rangers. Highly recommend it! More
