This hotel is a nice, secluded place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The rooms have outside entries, which is a negative as far as security goes. The area was well lighted.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and secluded. This hotel is very nice place to stay when you want away from the hustle and bustle of the highway and other businesses. The mountain area is very quiet and great for couples who just want a nice get away. The rooms were spacious but yet cozy and the staff were very... More

The only problem is the noise when customers walking in the hallway to get into their rooms. For some reason the hallway seems to carry sound making it a bit noisy. This was not a huge problem but enough to wake a light sleeper.

Great place to stay in Ruidoso, NM when in the area, very very friendly staff, located right across the race track/casino, continental breakfast in the morning is perfect just to start your day! Swimming pool was not open during winter but is there for summer use, rooms are kept up with, and don't mind the deer around the area, they... More

Really HUGE king bed rooms. Very serene outside. lots of trees, birds and off the main road, so you don't get a lot of road noise. The property borders the forest. Breakfast area open all day if you need ice, or something else. Nice big area for mingling.

This was a pleasant stay. Our room was large and comfortable. Our pet dogs (Lab & Retr) were enjoying the walks. It was a large complex with trails and pathways. It was a cool Jan evening. The rooms are large and bed was great. The bath area could be better but it is an older style motel (hillside resort). The... More

We enjoy staying at this property, however, this time, the upstairs neighbors kept odd hours and were very heavy footed when coming in and out of their room. We had requested a room on the back side of the property, but weren't able to have one. Should have told them I would take a double queen as all the king... More

The Best Western Pine Springs Inn is a cozy motel-style lodging near Ruidoso, NM that I would recommend staying at if you don't mind being away from the hustle and bustle of tourist traffic in small towns. We we're attending training at the convention center on the north end of town but we felt that being away from the crowds... More

The scenery here is gorgeous. It is off a main road but has a very long driveway. As I stood outside I could hear neighbors dogs bark way off in the distance and birds, I did not hear the traffic from the main road so that was great. It was $60 a night for us, and we had our pets... More
