I stayed at AOF with my partner for only 1 night. However the place felt super cosy and the people were so welcoming and nice. We had really good vibes about the place despite our short stay. We also saw quite alot of animals there as well. Would recommend to friends!

Had an amazing time. As its a small camp you get a team spirit going. We were a mixed bunch but had a fun time. Enoch the tracker and Patrick the driver had a lot of knowledge on the animals and terrain. We went on a walking safari and found out loads about the eco system, signs, tracks, plants and... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was spectacular. We had a rental car that we had to navigate through the bush, what an adventure. The next time I am going to rent a jeep or something else. It is a miracle that our car didn't break in two pieces....well that is what they call adventure I guess. The... More

This lodge was lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The food was absolutely lovely and had so much flavour. And saw so many animals! Very skilled rangers and trackers! Rooms were lovely and the chocolates on the pillow was a really nice touch. The pool area was a brilliant little area. The pool was a bit murky but it was so... More

Africa on Foot Camp was the first stop on my two camp safari experience. What makes this camp special is the bush walk first thing in the morning. I personally loved walking in the bush. You are lucky if you see any animals while walking. They are more educational than anything. You learn all about the ecosystem and of course... More

Can't recommend Africa on Foot highly enough. We arrived at dusk and the jeep took us straight off to see to extremely fat lions gorging themselves on a decomposing giraffe. What a way to wake up from an 11-hour flight and 6-hour drive. The food and service were exceptional and there was plenty of time to relax and talk to... More

Stayed in the Camp for two nights but after those amazing safaris wished we had stayed longer. Really god quality-price value. There so the option (with no extra cost) to sleep in a tree cottage with no walls and 360° views. The games were great, beeing able to see the big five nearly twice (missed the leopard the second time).... More

I wish I could have stayed longer! By the time I booked I could only get 2 nights, and I highly recommend at least 3 nights. The lodge made sure I made the most of my time, ensuring I got on a game drive the night I got in and a walk the morning I left. The chalets are great;... More

Africa on Foot is a family-run traditional bush camp and as the name suggests the camp is unique for offering proper walking safaris plus traditional game drives and night drives. We loved the set-up of this rustic bush lodge which comprises of a central main lounge area with a comfortable sitting area plus a dining area and a bar. A... More

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of four. The day starts off with an early morning walk, and ends with a sunset safari drive. During the day is plenty of time to relax. From the treehouse, you may spot some wildlife as well. The morning walks are very interesting. Even though you do not often see big... More
