Boulders was the third of three Lodges I visited on this , my first trip to African game reserves and after the first two ( Kapama Southern Camp and Royal Malewane ) exceeding all expectations I wondered what Boulders could do to keep up the quality. The doubts were soon put to bed . Everybody had told me Singita set... More

Singita Boulders Lodge is absolute perfection. I knew that it was going to be amazing. But, I cannot stress how much my high expectations were exceeded. From the moment that we were greeted at their private landing strip, we were blown away by every amazing detail. Situated along the banks of the Sand River, the lodge is an interior designer's... WOW – where does one start here? With the elephant herd crossing the river a minute after you arrived? The Kudu on the walkway to your room? The enormous room with your own plunge pool outside from which you can see a pride of lion on the other side of the river? The absolute fantastic service, game drives, attention to... More

Wow, the lodge is fabulous, the rooms beyond belief, but the experience is over the top. Small group game drives. A wonderful guide, tracker and jeep. We drove, walked and enjoyed the bush. I thought would be a once in a lifetime experience. But it will be repeated. I must do this again!

Wow what a wonderful property. We have stayed some great places around the world and we think this is the best. The rooms are Devine. Very large with a big comfortable bed. Huge bathroom. Seperate lounge and a plunge pool with outside shower as well. Game drives were amazing. Big five all over. We saw 14 Leopards and two that... More

Singita was our last stop after Vumbura/Mombo and Abu camps. We chartered a Pilatus PC12 to go from ABU-Maun-Johannesburg to Singita. This is the way to go as we did this in 3:30 total time instead of staying overnight along the way. We arrived for lunch and the first afternoon Safari. Singita is a large private property with many guides... More

I've been on a lot of very nice vacations and been fortunate to see many parts of the world, but the experience at the Boulders at Singita is without question the best most adventurous trip of our lives. Our guide Johan and his tracker Vusi showed us the African bush for 4 days, teaching us a tremendous amount about life... More

We could go on and on about our 7 star experience and it was all made possible by the outstanding management led by a delightful and welcoming GM, our guide (Daniella), our butler (Vivian), our tracker (Wren), and the rest of the Singita Boulder’s staff. The rooms are magnificent, the wildlife is magnificent, which included viewings of buffalo and elephants... More

Singita Boulders is a retreat that must be experienced. The design and accomodations are truly opulent. The food and drink are top notch and the service is unobtrusively perfect. It is deep in the bush in Sabi Sand reserve but the twice daily game drives become almost secondary to the camp itself. Highly recommended.

Exceeded my expectations by far. No expense was spared at this private game reserve. The trackers and guides were remarkable. I don't know if we just got lucky, or we had the best team, but we saw the big five plus many other animals within 36 hours. The food was fabulous. Something unique at every meal. Wine selections were paired... More
