Friendly owner, I have stayed here several times and they have recently remodeled most of the rooms with new beds, new bathroom fixtures, countertops, and lights. It is an older motel but well maintained and a good value for the price. It is next door to a restaurant and close to the casino. more

It's a Travelodge for goodness sake! I've stayed in Travelodges for over 45 years, and this one offers about the same level of amenities and service as any. The Ruidoso area is beautiful and the locals are really nice people. We stayed at the Travelodge and the room was great. We had a kingsize bed, in room coffee, fridge and microwave so we could eat out or stay in. Travelodge also included continental breakfast.
