We have stayed at a couple of other places around Ruidoso, but this is the best. We have already booked another stay here for later in the year (timeshare exchange). The huge deck outside is perfect for viewing the amazing scenery and having al fresco meals. The condo is spacious and well-appointed, though there are a few minor repairs needed... More

I'm a time share owner of this resort and I pay lots of money in maintenance. It is never clean the sauna was removed and converted into a workout room that has been closed because of leaks for many years the people who work there are rude overall not worth it at all spend your money elsewhere.

Do not go here. We left after 2 days. Only the view was good. The condo was outdated, in dis-repair and dirty. We had to wipe down the pantry shelf before we could store food and wash all the silverware before we could use it. Uncomfortable beds, cheap and pilled bed sheets (we slept on top of the bed). The... More

Did a RCI exchange to High Sierra. This was perfect for my family and friends! Very large. We were able to cook meals in the spacious kitchen and enjoy the amazing views from our large deck! We plan to do stay here again next year!!! Staff was super friendly and quick to respond when our internet would not connect... fixed... More

Not recommended!! The condos are screaming for an update. The mattress are too old and the sheets don't look so clean, the covers are the same as I don't remember, maybe 10 years ago, sleeping there was really uncomfortable, the bathrooms old, don't look clean. The tennis court is terrible, impossible to use. When we first arrive we went to... More

We went to High Sierra on a RCI Exchange. I was very impressed with the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. It was bright roomy and airy. When I went to use the stove top, the 2 large burners did not work the 2 smaller ones did. After I ran the dishwasher, I noticed that the dishes did not... More

Loved the view from our second floor two bedroom condo. But when we first walked in it "felt" dirty even though I knew it really wasn't. The furnishings were dated and very plain. The king size bed was hard and the sheets made me feel like I as sleeping on a burlap bag. My husband says I'm a little too... More

We had a second story condo with great views across the valley. We could see snowy mountaintops and all the way across the lake to the Inn of the Mountain Gods. The rooms in the condo were clean and roomy, although the baths were not large. We arrived very late in the evening due to rain and a dust storm... More

Room was not ready when we arrived but the front desk staff was very nice and got us into another room within a couple of hours. Great view of inn of the mountain gods; however, rooms were outdated and the bathrooms were subpar. I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Our family of four stayed in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo. The master bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed while the second bedroom had two twin beds. The floors of the unit had been replaced with nice wood in the hallways and kitchen, however, the carpeting had not yet been replaced and was in need of replacing. The kitchen... More
