For the rate of this room, which was a two bedroom condo with full kitchen, etc. we were stunned. It was so nice!! The children (ages 14, 13, and 7) LOVED the pool and my husband and I spent all evening in the hot tub. It was just what we needed after two solid days of skiing in the mountains.... more

I traveled to Ruidoso with my husband and extended family (including two small children) to spend some much needed time together. My husband and I shared one condo, the rest of our party stayed next door. We were very excited to visit this location because we read many positive reviews of the site. Our initial impression was great. The staff... more

This was our second stay here in as many years. Improvements in maintenance were obvious and a sincere effort appears to be underway in their efforts to refurbish. Our unit was 2 bedrooms/1 bath (queen bed in one and twins in the other) and a living area with a fireplace and nice sitting balcony on the second level. Particularly impressive... more

We were surprisingly pleased with our unit at Pinecliff Village. When we drove up, we thought it was nothing special. But that all changed beginning at check-in. The process was quick and easy, and the ladies in the office were warm and welcoming (not to mention the warm cookies). I believe this complex has been around for quite a while,... more

We were with a group of 3 couples and it worked out perfectly. It can not be beat for the price. There was definitely enough space for us all and managing with one bathroom was definitely doable. Our unit (314) was nicely furnished and more than comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fantastic after long days of skiing! The... more

Ok I have been going here since I was born. Really I have. All Units have been upgraded from what they were, but to me its all the same. You get 2 bedrooms. One master with another one with 2 beds. A living room worth living in. A kitchen. The down side I would say is one bathroom. It doesn't... more

Pinecliff Village is a great place to stay while in Ruidoso. My family has stayed in a lot of condos and cabins for the past 10 years and have finally found a place that I will go back to. Yes, there are a lot of nice condos in Ruidoso, but this one suited my family because of its location, cleanliness,... more

I had read reviews for this resort and had mixed views on what we would encounter. We had a wonderful surprise. We had a newly remodeled unit and it was very nice. The staff at Pinecliff Village could not have been nicer. We would visit this resort again. more

Pinecliff Village has potential in a very neat vacation town, but the living room furniture was beyond repair, including a sofa bed that was not usable as a bed. A glass top dining room table was cracked and chipped beyond repair. The carpeting was also in bad shape. I would like to visit this place again, but I would hesitate... more

Last year, I bought a time-share week at Pinecliff Village on price alone. I had no idea what the complex looked like other than what was posted with the eBay listing. After buying the property, and checking a couple other reviews on the 'Net, I was prepared for the worst. Instead, we had a wonderful week in a newly refurbished... more
