They advertise free wifi but it was supposedly down the entire week we stayed (which was over Christmas). Kids were looking forward to using their computer games with the internet service but we were all extremely disappointed that it was not available. We didn't have enough hot water for more that two showers at a time so we had to... more

The condo was very nice, and it is in a great location.l However, we were extemely disappointed that there was not a fire burnng fireplace. What is a stay in Ruidoso without the smell of pinon coming from the fireplace? more

My top pick for Ruidoso, NM acommodations. Very, very nice condo. I come annually to attend the Fire/EMS conference. Conveniently located in Ruidoso, NM at mid-town just behind the 3 Seasons Shopping Center next to the Ruidoso River (creek really) and behind the old Ruidoso Fire Department building.
