My wife and I spend 5 days of our honeymoon there. It was our first time on a safari. Definitely the best of our trip. This is a small hotel in the middle of the reserve (during the night there are animals close to the rooms), just 7 rooms (I think) with a swimming pool. The room was incredible (the... More

If it's leopards you're into (as I am), and if staying at a real luxury lodge is not, this is the place to go. Before leaving Africa, I wanted to see leopards, with an almost 100% guarantee. Nkorho will do this for you. At most of the places, you tell the rangers that you want to see leopards and what... More

This is an awesome place. The food was great and well catered. They use a Boma made of Leadwood at nighttime which adds character to the evening. On my last day as with some other guests the staff performed a farewell dance thing. The animal wildlife around the area is outstanding and well exceeded my expectations. The Rangers/guides are great,... More

Spent four nights here recently and I recommend it highly to anyone looking for a safari lodge in Sabi Sands. We had two chalets, one for the kids and one for ourselves (number 7 - the honeymoon chalet). Nkorho is beautifully situated, facing an open plain and a small watering hole visited regularly during our stay by elephants, zebras, impala... More

Spent two nights at Nkorho Lodge during my honeymoon in South Africa. Service was top notch. Very friendly and warm in the right times while respecting our privacy when needed. Rooms are exquisitely decorated, with everything you need to be perfectly rested after a day out in the bush. All of that, though, is nothing compared to the drives and... More

We were a family visiting (three children and five adults) and had an absolutely fantastic time! Everything from the highly varied and high-quality food and extremely helpful staff to breathtaking safaris with our fantastic guides Pieter and David. This was, for us, a complete safari experience. While we saw the Big 5 as well as a cheetah -- all seen... More

We spent 3 nights an Nkorho Bush Lodge and really wished we could have stayed longer, as the place was great in almost every aspect. First off, the place itself is charming. Just 7 detached chalets in the bush, so it's never crowded and it has a family atmosphere, to which the staff helps a lot. The chalets are connected... More

Our stay at Nkorho was hands down the highlight of our trip to South Africa. The accommodation is very comfortable/luxurious - definitely felt we were spoiling ourselves. All the team at the lodge are so friendly and welcoming yet utmost professionals - it makes such a difference when you feel you can have a great conversation with those you are... More

We got a honeymoon suite and it was awesome. If you have time and patience you can with through main glass to observe the pond and spot a few wild animals. Service is great. On the games front, it took us a while to get to see the Big 5. Intact we couldn't spot Rhino. However, we had a brilliant... More
