The staff at Idube made us feel like family. Oekker and Lonert made sure we saw the Big Five and so much more! The sundowners were especially great! We stayed in the Makabela Suite which was spacious and had an incredible view of the bush. Roxanne is an incredible chef as every dish was a work of art. Thank you... More

We have been to Idube 2 other times. We never get enough time so we stayed a week and wish we could have stayed longer. The game drives are unbelievable and we always see new sights and fantastic animals. The rangers and trackers are awesome - we always learn so much from them and their abilities are uncanny with finding... More

The 3 of us (couple and a teen) stayed at Idube Apr 19-22. We were pleased that an extra bed could be placed in the room as many lodges can not (or will not) do that. The room was spacious and comfortable. All was not shiny and new, but everything was clean and well kept. We received a warm greeting... More

Spent 3 days at Idube in mid May and it could not have been more perfect. Our ranger, Promise found every animal we requested and then some. Saw the Big 5, including a pack of 2 females with their cubs feasting on a kill... WOW! The entire staff were friendly, fun and attentive. Bartender Z made sure we always had... More

We booked two nights at Idube and sister lodge Lukimbi for our anniversary. We took a flight from JNB to Nelspruit and got a transfer to Idube which took two hours. On arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff and given complimentary drinks at the bar and then taken to our room. The lodge itself is very beautiful, rooms... More

Stayed three nights at Idube Lodge in Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve with my honey in a standard chalet. Overall the experience was excellent and a very good value. The major advantage is the lodge is in the Sabi Sabi Private Reserve and the game drives have the ability to move freely between most of the properties. There may be... More

I spent 4 nights at Idube in one of the Makubela suites. These suites are outside the elephant fence and have large verandas that open into the bush. The back half of the suite is all glass. Each one has a small private plunge pool. The suite and veranda were spacious and nicely decorated with plenty of seating for enjoying... More

Safari life is truly incredible and like nothing we've experienced before! Idube Lodge had an upscale cottage life feel. It was amazing to watch the waterbuck, warthog and monkey eat and play all around the lodge. The safari's are breathe taking with the landscape and animals. Ranger Okker and Tracker Max were wonderful! One only has to listen to Okker... More
