In a three week tour across Southern Africa, to say that our stay at Simbambili Game Lodge was the most incredible part of the trip would be only an understatement. From the beautiful rooms overlooking the bush to the quality of drives and close observation of different animals, our experience was nothing short of incredible. In the first day alone,... More

Our honeymoon stay at Simbambili Game Lodge was incredible. My husband & I both have food allergies, and the staff was incredibly accodomating. Our guide Liam & tracker Mumps took us on incredible drives, and we saw the big 5 within the first day. We loved the dinner in various locations, our favorite was the BBQ in the riverbed with... This has to be one of the best places in Sabi Sands. Every effort is made to make your safari a memory of a lifetime. No effort is spared to ensure that every little detail is attended to. From the welcome hot towels and drinks on arrival, to the electric blankets being turned on every night for a cosy sleep.... More

Being up close to African wildlife with a very knowledgeable guide and tracker was a wonderful enough experience for us, but the accommodation and service at Simbambili was truly amazing. Beautiful rooms, excellent food and so much thought and attention to detail: the provision of blankets and water bottles for your early morning tour, champagne breakfast in the bush (with... More

This is one of my favorite places In Sabi Sands! The staff is excellent and food good - the views of the waterhole and area are spectacular - I love the rooms and the balcony off the bedrooms - great for a relaxing time. Richard was great for the ranger and we saw some fantastic animals - I look forward... More

We stayed four nights in Suite #2...what an exciting adventure. Lovely accommodations, excellent food, very friendly staff, excellent game drives twice a day, with sundowner cocktails in the evening and morning coffee in the wild. With Pierre and Service as our guide and tracker, we were amazed around every corner. We did see the Big Five, plus giraffe, zebra, impala,... More

This was our 4th stay at Simbambili and it did not fail to impress during our stay of 5 nights. We had the Waterhole Suite this time which has a separate lounge area and wonderful view of the waterhole which was visited by hyena during our stay. We woke up each night to the sound of hyenas calling and the... More

Together with my husband we spent five days of our 2-week South African journey in this lodge. What a jewel ! This place should be called South African true diamond. A tiny, intimate and charming lodge of only 8 suites where you can enjoy luxury accomodation in total privacy. Meals were mouthwatering and wine was excellent. All of the above... More
