Nice new hotel. Felt very secure there and enjoyed the heated pool, sauna and breakfast. Clean and very comfortable. Good experience. more

I was there with my girlfriend. She was working, I was mostly just chilling. We stayed in a suite while there for 5 days. The suite was fabulous. King size bed; couch & table; computer table with a very spacious chair; 26" flatscreen; lots of sunlight when we wanted it. I was even able to hook my computer up to... more

This hotel was the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. It was dirty and the customer service was horrible. We found a used needle on the floor next to our bed. My 2 year old almost poked herself with it. This was a terrible experience for us. We will never stay at that hotel again and... more

I love to stay at Holiday Inns, but I had a few issues here. Small things: My first room smelled like smoke, but the staff moved me right away when I told them. The air conditioner leaked, and the manager gave us some towels to keep the carpet dry. I had a room with an adjoining door- and it was... more

Hotel looks to be pretty new, good location, very friendly staff and very clean. The only questionable part of the stay were the towels. They were either not washed or still dirty. I joined the PriorityClub before we got to the hotel and were upgraded to a larger room upon check in so that was a nice surprise. The beds... more

Had a wonderful stay in this Holiday Inn Express. We were upgraded to an "Executive Room" with microwave and mini fridge, but I imagine that all of their rooms are quite comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating to all of their guests and the hotel is very pet-friendly. more

I have stayed here several times in the last few months. The staff is always very friendly, very quick to fix any issues is possible, and other than no internet service on one trip I have had no issues. Quick easy access to a half mile running loop less than three block away for any runners and an in house... more

We were in Roswell to get our son situated in college there. We were upgraded to an extended stay room. Very nice and clean. They had a nice outdoor area with a grill, an indoor pool, small sauna and exercise room. They gave us some good restaurant suggestions. more

This wasn't the cheapest hotel in Roswell, but it was worth paying the extra money. The rooms were recently renovated and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good, especially the hot cinnamon rolls. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. more

Wonderful stay - they saved us from a major problem at another Roswell Hotel. When they say Pet friendly they mean it. Other hotel stated that if we left our pet in the room even if he was in his crate they would have the Roswell Animal shelter seize our pet. In a panic and very upset went to Holiday... more
