This hotel is very basic and outdated. Being outdated usually doesn't bother me but it had a true 'old hotel' smell to it. That said, the staff and friendly and helpful and the room and bathroom was very clean. more

The minute we walked in there they could not have been more welcoming. The owner and staff were gracious and very helpful. They made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed the hotel as well as the staff very much. more

Hotel was great for what we needed. We went for a graduation in Artesia, Hotel was easy to get to from airport and easy to get to Artesia . Hotel was clean but could use some updates. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good , nothing special, but good. more

Nothing spectacular. The hotel is located almost on the relief route, clear across town from my friend's house, so that was a little annoying, but Roswell is so spread out, it's hard to get anything "in the middle of it all". Rooms were clean and quiet, staff was friendly (we are talking about New Mexico, after all). Although, it's not... more

I wanted to post a review since there weren't many for Roswell that were recent. We stayed at this hotel 2 times in one week. The first night we asked to change rooms twice because the A/C's were really annoyingly squeaky. Each room has one of those awful room A/C's that usually are installed in the window or front wall.... more

The hotel room was a non smoking room but definitely smelled like cigarettes and there were cigarette ashes in the night stand with the Bible in it. There was also an old bbq grill in the parking lot. The beds were saggy and old. The pillows were flat and old. The place really needs an overhaul or should drastically cut... more

We had a very good stay at this hotel. We loved the quiet inside courtyard view. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. We had been on the road 2 weeks and felt this was one of the more enjoyable nights we had at a motel. We don't stay in the upper end motels, but the mid-range chain... more

Couldn't find much online for Hotels and the ones I called were booked, like Hampton Inn, Best Western, etc.. Thought I would try this. Was kinda skeptical when they quoted there price of $68/night. Well my skeptism was met with an older style motel. Recently renovated about 15 years ago I think with blushing pink paint...omg. Fairly clean, A/C unit... more
